We went in off season just for a weekend getaway. So nice to relax and unwind from our hectic lives we left behind. Our stay was pleasant, as the weather was not so cooperative. The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly, and accomodating. We will be back to experience the resort in full operation later in the... More

We went to Canadian Princess in March this year and we had a great time. We have been before but we went whale watching and the whole family just loved it. The food was absolutely amazing, wanted to try everything on the menu. Love the Wild Pacific trail and Long Beach .

This hotel is a great place to go if you are wanting to go whale watching or fishing in the morning. The views here are amazing, it is a beautiful place to visit. The rooms are dated but super clean and there is a ton of room. We had a separate upstairs with 2 single beds, downstairs there were 2... More

My son & I spent 2 nights during spring break at the Canadian Princess. From the 1st phone call to book our whale watching until we checked out everything was awesome and beyond our expectations. The biggest highlight being the whale watching trip when we had our very own up close & personal whale for about 1.5 hours. The big... More

We had two nights at the Canadian Princess. Our motivation was to go whale watching and the captain of the boat did his best to find whales, but wasn't very successful - they had moved on and this is completely outside of his control. Our room was adequate - nothing special, although in the damp climate in March we had... More

My husband and I really enjoyed a relaxed get away. We had a beautiful sunny day for our whale watching cruise and saw some whales in the distance. We also saw some sea lions and eagles. The captain of our boat was very pleasant and tried hard to locate the whales as they travel fast. The lodge was very rustic... More

I have been traveling to the Canadian Princess for salmon fishing for the past 6 or so years. I enjoy staying at the resort and getting out of the water with somebody else making the beds and piloting the boat. If you compare the price here with others on the Island this is indeed a bargain. The food in the... More

I’m so happy you enjoyed your fishing trip at the Canadian Princess. Although the group fishing trip on our Delta boats is our most popular option, we also offer charters on our Boston Whaler Outrages and our Kingfishers. These boats are perfect for smaller groups (Boston Whaler Outrages seat two guests, and the Kingfishers seat up to four). That’s awesome... More
