Our stay was wonderful and relaxing. Our room was comfortable and spacious and very clean. The hosts have thought of everything so you don't have to. Sitting on the deck, enjoying the view was a great start and finish to our day . We will be back !

Needed a little coastal holiday and this was the perfect spot...the treed natural setting included a magnificent cedar dividing a portion of the driveway-so cool! The view out to the ocean was tantilizing and hearing the waves while out on the deck was just what the doc ordered. Loved the place - the welcoming entrance, the unique heated floors, the... More

We arrived Friday afternoon and our accommodations where ready and a letter was prepared for us with the key in our room. The room has a wonderful view and everything you would need for a short getaway. The tv was a bit small and the internet was not good but who needs those services competing with the beauty of nature.... More

Fantastic place! Rooms are familiar, very clean - and peaceful. You can sit in hot tube and looking stars and listen how the sea lions chat some where at the sea. (The Pacific Ocean is SO close) And staff is very, very kind and helpful. Love this concept and sure come back!

We were very impressed with our room. It cost about the same as a motel in the area but looked like a luxury hotel with a spacious room, lots of windows, and very nice furniture. The little balcony overlooking a lagoon was the best part.

The drive across on Highway 4 is amazing and to see the Pacific ocean in all its glory is also a fantastic sight. We were made to feel very welcome by Tanya and Scott and the room had lovely decor and was very comfortable. Their cafe (berkley) serves lovely coffee and cakes! The view from the room was just incredible.... More

My fiance and I visited the lodge for three nights. The owners made us feel very welcome at their lodge and home. The amenities with the microwave, dishes, coffee maker, fridge and spa bathtub made our stay much more comfortable. The linen on the bed was very soft and comfortable. The furnishings and decorations of the lodge were beautiful and... More

The owners, Tanya and Scott made us feel so welcome! They invited us into their beautiful home with its stunning vistas of the Pacific Ocean from our room. We toured the area and were blown away by the natural splendor of this west coast rainforest. The beaches were stunning, rainbows too, squalls abounded but were over in a flash. What... More

The lodge was absolutely perfect! Comfy and cozy, with a tremendous view. We highly recommend this lodge for anyone visiting the Ucluelet/Tofino area. Make sure to check out the Barkley Cafe, owned by the same people as The He-Tin-Kis Lodge.

The lodge offers cosy rooms with a fantastic view on the ocean. The service of Tanya and Scott was really good, you can ask them anything and they will always help you with a smile. It felt like home! We had a great stay!
