The accommodation is very comfortable and the view from the honeymoon suite is awesome ! But the real charm of the place is Margit. She runs a very lovely B and B and cares about each and every one of her guests. She is a long time resident of this beautiful little town and can tell you everything about making... More

I stayed at Greenwood Country Inn for six nights while visiting my son in Whistler and doing a little bit of skiing at Whistler. The Inn was excellent in EVERY respect. It is quiet, beautifully decorated, located high up with a breathtaking view, an easy (for BC) 20-minute drive to Whistler (30-35 if the weather is challenging). One can also... More

We stayed in Greenwood Country Inn for 2 nights in December. Margit, the owner and manager, was absolutely AMAZING!! The room was clean, beautiful, and ready for us with a bowl of cookies and chocolates. The bathroom was great- with a hot tub and a stunning view of the surrounding mountains. Margit helped us find awesome things to do around... More

The view is breathtaking and the photos don't do it justice. We stayed one evening in November and had a wonderful time. Breakfast was very enjoyable with lots to choose from. I don't regularly stay at B&Bs but this one I would definitely recommend. The gravel road needed to take to get there is only 7km from the highway and... More

Dear Reviewer. While we like what you had to say about your stay we think that you have us confused with another establishment. We are located in the heart of the village of Pemberton and there is no gravel road leading to us. I assume that you might have stayed at Lillooet Lake Cottage instead which is a 30 minute... More

We stayed as a couple in September 2014 and offer a whole-hearted recommendation to anyone looking to stay in Pemberton area. The weather was not great when we stayed for 4 nights but the friendly hospitality more than made up for it. Thanks Margit it was great. Great food and wonderful house...including the bears. If you are in the Pemberton... More

Myself and 5 members of my family stayed here for one night in early September, and we wished we could have stayed longer! Margit was very friendly and helpful, from the initial phone call to make our booking, to when we arrived and throughout our stay. When we arrived and Margit had shown us around she recommended somewhere for our... More

This bed and breakfast was one of the cleanest places we have ever stayed. Everything was beautifully maintained and well equipped. Breakfast was good and there was a lovely deck with a view of mountains and woods. There was a LOT of native art on the walls and on the tables, most of it for sale. Not my cup of... More

The Greenwood Country is perched on a hill with stunning views of the Canadian Rockies. Friendly, clean and charming with a good breakfast, it is decorated with numerous Indian artifacts. Our only criticism was the price. During 2 weeks touring BC this was by far the most expensive B&B (45% more than the average) we stayed at and while it... More

Dear Adrian, Thank you for taking the time to review our property. It is too bad that we did not meet in person. Unforeseen circumstances required me to be away during your stay. It is likewise unfortunate that you were not pleased with our charges. I share my customer’s disappointments….. Not every area or municipality in BC has the same... More

This B&B is located up the hill in Pemberton, so the view across to the mountains and down into town is spectacular. Margit is friendly and helpful with a lot of local advice. We had a great downstairs room with our own lounge room and kitchenette. We stopped in on our motorbike and greatly appreciated the friendly welcome and comforts... More

We stayed for two nights in August - Margit's hospitality was amazing - as were the breakfasts! Lovely house with good facilities for guests (including a hot tub although we didn't have time to use it). Great location, good views of the surrounding mountains and just a short walk from Pemberton centre. Would thoroughly recommend.
