We just spend 4 nights at the Bow Rivers Edge Campground, and have nothing but 5 stars to give in every category, from staff to facilities and wifi quality. Having 2 big dogs, being on the Bow River with miles of leash-free park with a paved walking trail and great beach was what put it as our best RV park... More

Hi, Thank you for the great review. I love that you had a birthday party here. Wonderful! It is great that you were able to use the off leash dog park and enjoy the river. It is a lovely walk and you get to see so many great dogs. I hope you will be able to enjoy coming back to... More

This a truly unique RV Park. It's located behind the Cochrane Area Recreation Center and abuts the Bow River and its paved River Trail. The park is extraordinarily well -maintained. All sites except those on the periphery are pull-thru sites and ALL are bordered on both sides by a 6-ft privacy hedge. Bathrooms and laundry are sparkling clean. The road... More

This RV park is well located down by the Bow River near the Centre of Cochrane. Easy access to bike path system and the river bank. The campground was very tidy and well maintained. Friendly, helpful staff, good park for kids and exceptionally clean bathrooms.

This is our 2nd year at BRE, we stayed 4 months last year and 2 months this year. Our rig is a 37 ft MH and since we have 2 ACs and washer/dryer, we want a 50 amps site. This is a very busy park, so if you do not book ahead of time (and some times well ahead) you... More

We only stayed overnight but we found it very quiet and well managed. The sites were large and separated by trees and hedges. The park was very clean and manicured with the gravel raked and the lawns mowed. The road is paved and it looks like they keep it clean and swept of gravel from the sites. A very nice... More

We stayed here for one night as a family with a 30 foot pull behind trailer. The sites are immaculate and the grounds are extremely well maintained. Nice little playground for the kids. Make sure to bring loonies for the showers.

What a difference a year makes! Last year I posted rave reviews on this campground. But we couldn't be more disappointed this year. We returned for a 4 day stay and immediately we noticed that the staff were completely unwilling to help us out or provide any customer service. We purposely booked our stay to start on Thursday so we... More

Dear Gina and family, I want to extend to you a 2 night Gift Certificate for next season. When you were here in June, it was impossible to move you from the site that you were occupying because of the absolute fullness of the park. Our policy is to confirm a site type but not a site #. As you... More

This is a great place to stay. Pull thru sites. Great in town location. Staff were helpful. The kids play area was clean and well maintained. I found it very quiet there, it was full but people there were great and respectful. They do have park rules and they are great

We stayed here 3 nights waiting for the snow to stop so we could go to Banff area. Place is a gem, everything is maintained! Restrooms very clean! Office staff friendly! Trees, grass. Close to town. Town has some nice shops and restaurants!
