A single story motel built in the late '80's, this Quality Inn is located just north of town adjacent to the Wal-mart/Canadian Tire/McDonalds strip. The upgraded rooms are large and clean with decent carpets and linens. Overall the room was fine and although each room has a door to outside...and it was -20C... there were no drafts and the heat worked well. The large indoor pool was clean and a big hit with the kids.
Place is VERY pricey for a road hotel and the noise from the center hallway was unbelievable. We could hear every footstep on the creaky wooden floor and they have security that walks the halls every hour all night long. The resturaunt was not good...plan to eat eslewhere. Plenty of decent, clean places in town. more
