In fact, we look forward to many more visits there. we are going back for our 5th trip in October/09. My, Aunt, mother, and myself like to book our annual 'girls getwaway' leisure weekends,... more

I am a resident of the Highlands and have often stayed at the Wigamog. I love all of the family activities that go on. It certainly is fun for the whole family. During the summer your children can keep entertained from morning until night. This last visit I took notice of the great changes all around the resort. I can... more

Please folks, DO NOT go to this "resort". Save your money and spend it at a quality resort because this place is just a mess. The beach is awful, the rooms are terrible and the food stinks. The grounds are not in good shape and there is no value in coming to the wigamog because it is very expensive. The... more

Went to Wigamog about 8 years ago with friends for New Years and skiing. The accomodations, food and staff were excellent. Along with the same friends, now with kids 7 and 3 , decide to go up between Christmas and New Years for a 4 day get-away and skiing. Well.....the 2 bedroom cabin had absolutely no water pressure and we... more

Stayed at the resort a couple of years ago, it was ok but not great, the kids loved the two pools, and it was in September so we had a lot of space to ourselves. This trip we were staying two days so smaller cabin was ok with us. The major problem was the terrible state of the bathroom, the... more

We have been going to Wigamog for 9 years. Intially we stayed in the tiny strip motel working out way up to the Presidential suite. During that period of time we saw the facilities slowly go downhill. There were changes in ownership, cottages moved, timeshares sold etc and many of our friends stopped going. As time went by less and... more
