My girlfriend and I have visited my spas. Polar Bear Spa really is unique due to it's location and surroundings. The site is situated on a prestine location, with a natural river along the site . This gives you a natural outdoor Spa experience. The river boasts crystal clear water with both a calm shallow area and rushing massaging section... More

It's the second and the last time I have visited this establishment. I am not going comment on charges for towels, water and padlocks... I don't like nickling and dimming but that's their business strategy. Once we arrived first question we were asked if we want massage, not how are you or is this your first time, do you know... I went on a week day, not to many people, which was perfect! The staff was really nice and friendly, they made sure we were comfortable at all times. It was really peaceful, clean and the views were gorgeous. Yes the staff was all over the place putting more loggs and arranging this, but i did not feel that it... More

The spas and saunas are great. We went on a quiet weekday so it was easy to get around, relax, etc. Location is nice but I agree that some of the areas within the complex have awkward views over Highway 15. In most places, you won't notice but around the "Cave", it really pops up. You do need to bring... More

My girlfriend and I have been to a lot of spas but this one was by far the worst of all in our opinion. The stations are really far apart which makes it a really bad choice during wintertime. The silence zones were not silence at all and the staff did nothing about it. There's people chatting everywhere and you... More

My boyfriend and I love to go to here. It's very beautiful and we love to soak in the cold stream and get back in the sizzling hot dry sauna. But after 2 years, the steam sauna smells very funky and even though main changing room got renovated, there still are not enough showers to handle all rush hour traffic.... More

Hi, We are very sorry that your experience did not fill your expectations. For the steam sauna, we had a problem with the steam diffuser and with no steam it is possible that the smell is not always good. The problem is now fixed and the sauna is in full function. For the showers, I don't know if you are... More

I went there with my wife for a massage and ended up being ripped off by the people at the front desk. We had been given a 20% off coupon and it clearly mentioned on the coupon it was for a Swedish massage at the regular rate of $71. They ended up saying the coupon was for a $115 value... More

Hi, We are sorry that there was a misunderstanding with the coupon. When you buy a Groupon coupon, you get the access at 25$ and you also get a 20% off for a 60 minutes sweedish massage. Normally, the price for that type of massage is 115.95$. In the 115.95$ the value of the massage is 71$ but when you... More

I spent the day at Polar Bears Club on December 14th. I loved the property! I have done many Nordic spas and this one is the best I have been to, so far! The property is not to far out from Montreal, so its accessible! Property is very charming and pretty. The view is spectacular, surrounded by a river and... More

We enjoyed our time, this spa is true, simple and does give a sense of authenticity. The saunas are hot the river is cold. No gadgets like in urban spas.we loved it. The staff was welcoming and assured that our stay was great.

The spa is actually located in a postcard setting. The spa is very popular. At 2pm, there was a line-up to get in. But they only have 7 ajustable chairs in said rest area. There is another larger rest area, but at extremity of site, far from saunas. And they have no rest music and chairs are wooden and non-adjustabke.... More
