We had to leave our holidays in the Laurentians early to return home for a funeral but we had one last morning. My family decided to shop in Saint Saveur but I went alone for just two hours to the Polar Bear's Club and it was exactly what I needed. My favourite part was the location, which was right along... Why I'm rating this spot average is: 1- Food and drinks (not alcohol) - It's mention on the site you can't bring your own food. False. You can and there's a special designated area where you can eat it. 2- Buying food and beverages on the spot - available from them, are just in a tiny fridge at the welcoming... More

The hubby and I played hooky and called in sick one day (shh don't tell our bosses). We had received a 2-for-1 coupon for Polar Bear's Club in the mail. Thank goodness for the coupon, or I'd be stark-raving mad. The $50 we paid for two people's admission to the baths (with no extras. A water bottle can cost you... More

We are pleased that you appreciated our installations as you underline in your comments that they are nice and well-maintained. We are opened since 1964, long before the highway was built and we are surprised that the beauty of the Simon river with the cascading water didn’t enchant you. Also we would like to mention that we specify clearly on... More

My daughter and I decided to visit the Polar Bear's Spa Club on a Wednesday afternoon, as we had heard it gets over crowded on the weekend. Well, we absolutely loved it! Very polite and helpful staff. Beautiful erea, great place to relax. Highly recommend.

My bf and I went to the Polar Bears Club this afternoon to celebrate our 1 year anniversary. We were not disappointed. I'd been several times across the river to the Spa Bagni which is much smaller and wanted to try the bigger spa this time. We were happy to use our 2 for 1 coupons. Two admissions (for the... More

I visited this spa for the first time on Saturday Jan 18 after skiing that morning at Gabriel. I found it amazing. My wife and I had a couples massage. The staff were very friendly and professional. I briefly tried out the various pools and steam rooms and was impressed. Will return for sure for a longer and more leisurely... More

they warned us about not leaving any worthy things in the locker rooms, so we left our phone and our wallet at the reception. When we came to the locker rooms I realized that my watch is still on and my friend had a camera with him. I never thought at such place something can go missing, so I've put... More

This unfortunate event can occur in any public places, a police report is a standard procedure in this situation and we do our best to secure and advise our clients not to have any valuables with them (as it was mentioned to you). To wear sandals is mandatory as a security policy and for hygienic reason and we mention that... More

We had a very good time at the Polar Bears Club last Wednesday. This Spa was the first spa I ever visited, long time ago, I have been there 3 times, and after been at the Finlandais (Rosemere) both Spa Scandinave (Mont Tremblant and the Old Port) Spa des chutes de Bolton, Spa La Source (Rawdon) and many more around... Thank you for your usefull comment, we are opened for more than 30 years and have two men locker rooms, one smaller that you experienced and another one in the other building that is a lot bigger. My hubby and I had a wonderful time at the Polar Bear's Club. The three parking lots were full so we thought that we would have a difficult time because it would be overcrowded, but not at all. It doesn't seem very big from the outside but it is quite a large spa. We had bought a deal through Tuango... More
