Our room was clean but we were told two queen sized beds would be what we book. One was a queen and the other was a double or the next size a "full' sized mattress. There was no way they were both queens. Very old beds, mattresses need to be upgraded. The room was clean but there was dried blood on... More

I appreciate your feedback about your stay at the hotel as it demonstrates the areas that I need to improve upon. I apologize for the wrong information about the rooms you were given as well as the lack of empathy from the front desk agent that handled your concerns. I will definitely be taking appropriate action and improve the areas... More

Booked online and got a pretty good price - or so I thought. Once I arrived, the receptionist was able to get me an even better price - very much appreciated. Rooms are nice and clean - well appointed, Don't have any desks which seems unusual but fortunately, I didn't need one. Very nice location with lots of restaurants about.... More

Needs a major overhaul, dingy carpets, rooms and hallways. No desk in the room to work on. Front desk said they didnt have any, only to find out the next morning they did. Give this place a very big miss.

Older run down property, you walk in to a gloomy dishevelled lobby that looks like the 80’s décor. There is tile, older carpet to different older carpet all within the same room. The entrance doors are rickety and worn out. This property is squished onto a property with limited space to enter the office area. TV and remote did not... More

We had no other choice but to stay here as the other pet friendly hotels did not have any vacancies. The hotel really needs upgrading everywhere. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and the morning breakfast had a good variety to choose from. The room was clean and quiet, although very run down.

After travelling all day on the rain soaked Yellowhead Highway, we were happy to find vacancies at the Yorkton Comfort Inn and Suites. Although not quite 3 stars, the drop in rate was very reasonable at $85 a nigh(AAA Rate)for a king bed ( very comfortable), good hot breakfast bar was enjoyed the next morning. Location was good, close to... More

Walking into the lobby is a bit telling, the hotel is older and slightly run down. That being said the room was clean and the young lady at the front desk was quite nice. The price was at least $50 less than the Days Inn. I have dogs with me and there was a standard pet fee that was $10... More

I have been here before and if not a Choice member wouldn't bother. I waited at the front desk while the receptionist complained about her debit machine. Anyway, I'm working in my room when the front desk asks me if I had a truck and trailer in the parking lot and could I move it. So I did. To the... More

I booked 3 suites at the comfort inn back in March i then called and confirmed the reservation 3 days before our travel. I asked specifically if they had a pool. They said that they did. We were travelling 8 hours to meet with family also travelling 8 hours from another direction. With five young children the pool was a... More

This hotel is very good for the price. It was a little noisy on Friday evening with young hockey players running up and down the halls but they quieted down around ten. PLEASE NOTE: we did NOT complain to the hotel but are sure they would have handled it if we had. The pool was under renovation and the hot... More
