Clean but dated. Breakfast was good. I Wifi was very poor and hard to connect. Staff very accommodating. Specifically Danielle at the front desk. She was great.

My family liked to stay here. Kids enjoyed playing all day in the pool. Water slide and whirl pool were so popular. Hotel is not new but convenient. Location is good. It is good to shop, play and drink. Everything is in there. Breakfast for all family menber is included room rate. It is still below $100.New year's first visit... More

the hotel is very dated and old fashioned ..the staff were not very welcoming and the breakfast was ok but you were watched all the time in case you filled up your travel mug with coffee..the bar was empty ..it was a pricey hotel for what you got in return ...the worst thing i saw as breakfast was closing was... My husband and I arrived after midnight and the lady at the front desk was rude to us for showing up so late and she said that if we arrived half hour later we would have to pay for another night! If that is the case, they should let us know about that when we book our room! In the... More

I am sorry that you had a bad stay with us. I have read your comment and I had seen that you checked in 4 hours before the next day was allowed. As of the girl being rude hard to imagine she would be rude. She is very timid. As of the staying late. You checked out at our check... More

Clean, neat, comfortable. The price was a bit high, pool looked like it was nice. Breakfast was OK - decent, not exceptional. Yes, I got a good nights sleep and the bathroom was comfy and towels were soft. I would stay again. It is downtown and that can be convenient. The driveway could have been plowed better.

It was a nice hotel to stay 2 nights for hockey game. Saturday was so busy day. Some birthday event held in the pool at the same time though staff took care of all kids on and off. Pool and water slide were crowded. However, children rather enjoyed them together. Ramada generously provided complimentary big meeting room. It was great... More

Stayed here after driving all day. Was told the restaurant was open til 9:00 pm only to be told they closed early because it was quiet (on a Friday night). Complimentary breakfast consisted of stale dried up hash browns and shriveled sausages. No eggs. Noisy, smelly, moldy hotel. Told my business colleagues to cancel and go somewhere else.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The costumer service was non existent, the rooms were disgusting, the lounge was a joke and the adjoining bar was scary. We were booked in for 3 nights and left after one although we would have left earlier if we could have. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was in need of updating and a good cleaning. Found a pair of earmuffs under the desk. Bathroom was dangerously tiny. The area around the hotel was not very inviting for walking after dinner
