We had 2 fantastic nights at Alpine Meadows Resort. The trip into the resort was an ecperience - I saw my first black bear. The grounds of the resort are a credit to the grounds men and women. The staff in the resort were very friendly. Our room overlooked the lake - a truly magic experience. Our room was very... More

We were 4 adults staying in a 2 bedroom cabin. We stayed for 2 nights to break our journey from Vancouver to Jasper. The site, as stated, is about 20/30 mins drive the shortest way along mainly unmade road to the Highway. I knew there was no kitchen, but didn't think about the fact that there would there consequently be... More

Beautiful and serene place, cabins are out of this world. Fantastic facilities, especially the hot pool!! We stumbled across a black bear with three cubs and it was the highlight of our trip, amazing!!!!

We stayed here after a long drive from Whistler and sadly only had a night there as we had to move on the next day, but the experience was one of the highlights of our two weeks in Canada. The cabin was luxurious, comfortable and we were lucky to have one on the lake front with a fantastic view over... More

Our lodge overlooked the lake and the place was a haven of peace and quiet. Absolutely wonderful. We had the included breakfast and ate dinner in the on site restaurant on both days, and we were so impressed with the standard of training that produced the level of service that would not be out of place in an upmarket city... I stayed here in a log cabin for 2 nights whilst exploring BC and Alberta. The resort is certainly very private being quite a long way from Clearwater on a basic road. However, you really do escape the world and the national park is still quite close by. The manager waited up late for my arrival, which was appreciated and... More

We enjoyed our one night stay at this resort. The staff were friendly, the meals were very good and the lodge was to a good standard. The setting was lovely with the lake. The only negative was the road to and from the resort. It was a dirt track and some distance away from towns.

We arrived from Whistler via the ferry, which was great! The log cabins look great in the setting of the lake. Wifi exists but is only really usable for emails. The rooms were clean and functional but I would gladly have paid more for some kind of upgraded room, something with a bit more style and opulence as these rooms... More

What a beautiful place. After a drive from Jasper it was lovely to relax and leave the car for a couple of days while we enjoyed the tranquillity of this resort. Log cabins set around the lake. We had hot sunshine so used the lakeside jacuzzi while we were there and made use of the free rowing boats. We ate... More

Stayed here overnight on route from Vancouver to jasper. Such a quiet peaceful place. About a 15 mile drive off the nearest town on a dirt road , not a great deal to do unless you like hiking. But would make a great place for a couple of days stop over. There's a microwave and a fridge. Just remember to... More
