Quiet rooms and a lovely small restaurant adjoining the lodge add to the enjoyment of staying at the Clearwater Lodge. This is a great stopping place for business people traveling the Yellowhead highway between Kamloops and Jasper. The friendly knowledgeable staff will help you to find your way around the town - which is a community that was 'divided' when... More

On our way from Jasper to Gold Bridge, we had a 1 night stop over and would definitely not choose to stay here again. The swimming pool was smelly and dirty and did not live up to the name of the town! Restaurant food was OK but service very slow but this is it was the only place to eat... More

Had a one night stop over in Clearwater on the way from Jasper to Whistler. Wish we hadn't stopped. With the exception of the small restaurant on site where the food was really good, I could not recommend this hotel. Clean but a bit grim. Breakfast was awful (not served in the restaurant) - bowl of cereal in paper bowls... More

Stayed here a night to break up our drive really, otherwise not something we would have chosen to do! Large room, very dated, dark and basic. Breakfast: pretty much help yourself and very basic! Not much in the area, food choices very limited, tough if vegetarian and travelling with a child but we survived!

We only stayed for 1 night on route to Whistler. Rooms were spacious and clean but outdated, we didn't use the kitchenette. The WiFi was painfully slow and the continental breakfast was average. The staff were OK but non existent in the morning when we wanted to check out. There doesn't seem to be that much choice in Clearwater so... More

We stopped at this hotel for just one night as we were enroute to Kamloops. The room was large and although we were quite close to the main highway were not disturbed by traffic noise. There was a small kitchenette but all the equipment was old and inefficient. The noise from the fan in the bathroom was very excessive. Although... More

This is a good average hotel. The kids enjoyed the pool. Basic breakfast was included for all of us in the room rate. You can access your ground floor room either through the hotel hallway or the exterior door, which came in handy when unloading the car. Front desk staff were efficient and courteous. Sofa bed came in handy. Wifi... More

Not many places to chose from in Clearwater, so stayed here 2 nights. Yes, it is very dated, and yes it does badly need a makeover. But the room is large, has kitchenette, 2 beds were OK, quiet, aircon worked and was not too noisy. Reception was helpful enough, breakfast basic but edible. So acceptable for a short stay. But... Stayed for 2 nights on the May long weekend for an annual family reunion in Clearwater. Service was very friendly and quick here. Rooms are in need of some upgrades or maybe a touch of new paint. Very large rooms with chairs and table for making a quick snack or meal in the bonus kitchenette. Would highly recommend if staying... More

I stayed in room 132. The bathroom ceiling is full of mold and black. Stuff falls on you while taking a shower. The bathroom fan didn't work. I was informed that they are unplugged because they are noisy. The air conditioner worked intermittently. The swimming pool was so dirty you couldn't see the bottom. The weight room was smelly and...
