So my best friend and I were travelling down from Yellowknife with her German Shepard Ralph. As we headed into Jasper we realized that we needed a place to spend the night and decided that Clearwater would be our destination. I contact Jasper Way Inn to see not only if they had availability but if they would also take Ralph... More

Stayed here for one night on the way from Jasper to Vancouver. Nice property - close to perfect for my needs. Should be said up front that some of the other commentators are 100% correct - the building/room was very dated. It did, however, appear to be clean. This is definitely accommodation in the motel category. The comments about bugs... More

If this hotel was not right on Dutch Lake, I would be hesitant to give it 2 stars. The building is made of wood and is very dated. We were on the 2nd floor and the railing on the balcony was wobbly. Also, there was no air conditioning and the day we were there, it was 32 degrees. First thing... More

We stopped here on our way from Kamloops to Jasper. Unfortunately all of their lakeside rooms were booked. We stayed in one of the very cheap non-lake rooms in a separate building (think there are four of these rooms maybe). It was very small with old carpet and furnishings, felt like staying in an old cottage that needs a good... More

Stayed here for one night while driving from Whistler to Jasper. Nothing fancy but has its own charm. The front desk staff was very friendly and the owner sounded delightful during our email interaction-was also quick to respond to enquiries. Good: -Spacious suite -Great view of the lake- literally an exclusive access to the lake for a swim, walk or... More

We had a chance to see the room on our way from Jasper 2 weeks earlier. We wanted a special location near our home in Kamloops to celebrate my partner Lisa's 21st birthday. We were quite pleased with the accomodation we got for the price of 218.00 for two nights, including: kitchenette, with utensils for cooking, use of the BBQ... More

We have stopped here a couple times while travelling. During our last stop a couple weeks ago we were treated to rainbows, eagles and a falcon flying overhead, loons, and a great view of the lake. We tend to like places with a little character so this establishment suited us just fine. If you are quite particular and are looking... More

My husband and I spent a couple of days at Jasper Way Inn at the beginning of September and were pleasantly surprised as the room was exactly as we had seen on their website. We had booked online and unsure as to what we really would end up with. The room was clean, had a comfy bed and lots of... More

More historic than retrospective as the interiors look as if they have not been updated or improved since installation in the 1950's or whenever. However, the rooms have a certain comfort about them which in our experience did not extend to the bed which was of the " sag into the centre" variety. Everything else was in good order and... More

Spent 1 night at the jasper way inn, we had a warm welcome and a quick check inn. We had prebooked a lakeside room and were able to pull up right outside, the door opens onto a spacious bedroom with bathroom attached hen through to kitchen, diner opening up onto a balcony with lake view. Everything was very clean, bathroom... More
