Looking at the website, one might come to the conclusion that this is a state-of-the-art conference center in the middle of Alberta. Unfortunately, it is not.
Good points:
1) Clean, clean, clean.
2) Room is large
3) Restaurant is a plus.
4) I haven't seen that kind of water pressure since the 1970's.
Bad points:
1) Absolutely no discernible difference between the hardness of the floor and the bed. Seriously.
2) Not enough electrical outlets.
3) Business rooms were "under renovation" and so there was Internet access in the hotel lobby only.
4) There is no electrical outlet in the bathroom.
5) The room, like the water pressure, appears to date from the 70's.
I know that this is way out in the middle of nowhere, but it is a tourist destination and there is a college across the street, so my expectations were for something more - especially at $137/night.
And beware - only the main roads are paved this far...
