Older rooms, but clean and the beds were comfortable. No AC but had fan (but outlet for fan only worked when the light was switched on), but the windows open to let in some cool air at night. Customer service went above and beyond - when I was disappointed to find there were no hair dryers in the room, the... More

Have you ever heard the saying do not judge the book by its cover? That's what i had experienced here in 100 mile motel. At first i thought the rooms are not gonna be that great because the place looks old, BUT I WAS SURPRISED I SOON AS I WALKED IN THE ROOM!. ROOM WAS SUPER NICE AND CLEAN, ROOM... More

A Great family run value motel. Attention paid to the details and comfort of the guests seem to be one of the goals of these owners. Great room very clean comfortable roomy. Although no air conditioning in the room it was not needed. I will be going back so don't to many of you stay there to drive the price... More

Yes our Motel & RV Park is an older place but with upgraded and modern rooms. We have pillow top beds and have never had a complaint about cleanliness, we get many compliments on the care we take with our rooms. Describing our room as disgusting, is not right. In the first place, if you were disgusted about it, why... More

The motel is right on the highway so there is a lot of noise. The air conditioning didn't work well and the room was hot and stuffy. Our room was newly renovated and clean. Our friends' had older rooms that were musty smelling. For the price we paid, we could have stayed at a hotel chain and gotten a free... More

First of all it seems weird to get a response 4 months after a stay which makes us suspicious. Secondly we dont have air conditioning so it makes us think it is some other Motel they are talking about and even if we did most people should know in April most nights are below zero so air conditioning would not... A suspicious review. We here at the 100 Mile Motel & RV Park never had a complaint that was not dealt with right away. Seems out of the norm that a review would come 4 months after the customer has stayed with us now knowing that they were not happy. I would like to know more about these customers and... More

This motel is in the center of town and therefore offers easy walking access to the entire village. The rooms are a bit dated but all of the appliances work and the rooms are clean. Parking is adequate. Wifi is slow. There are several properties in 100 Mile with better amenities. These properties may be worth the extra cost is... More

A nice place to stay if you are passing through or if you are staying a little longer. Beds in the rooms are a little uncomfortable but the rooms are clean. The rv side is a great space, roomy and the showers and bathrooms are very clean.

If you book at this hotel - they have a 30 day cancellation policy and are very rigid about sticking to it. Once they have your credit card number - if you cancel with less than 30 days notice - expect that they WILL charge you for the room. They didn't tell me about the 30 day policy and then... More

Ms Marshall booked 6 rooms for a NCLGA convention in May of 2012 on Dec 12 2011. The entire small village of 100 Mile House was sold out for this event. We gave her a 30 day cancellation notice which is standard in the Industry for a large block of rooms for multiple nights. Ms Marshall then cancelled 3 of... More
