A dark and dingy parking lot to start with. Did not feel safe. I could see a wide strip of brightly lit hallway from my room through a large crack in the doorway. The carpet was gross, old and stained. Everything was old and I did not feel comfortable or safe. I arrived late, part way through a long drive... More

Came home with bedbugs> The carpet that is crusty and foul. Had a prostitute working next door, which was wonderful with no soundproofing. Tub caulking job was done by amateur, molding already. Pool changing rooms had a painted floor that was flaking off so badly it coated my feet like I had walked in fresh paint (i wasn't, I checked)... More

It's sad that such an iconic hotel has gotten so low down in the dumps. It was probably a nice hotel at one time. It was run down, dingy, smelly and mouldy. Many of the repairs done over the years were just bandaids for larger problems and the lack of proper care is catching up with it BIG TIME. The... More

My elderly mom and myself were traveling from the coast up north and decided to stop off at 100 Mile House. The Super 8 was full. We have stayed at the Red Coach about 3 times in past few years. This time will be the last. The room: clean sheets, older bed, only 1 of 2 night lights works, rug...aughh...either... More

Wasn't sure where we were going to stop on a road trip from Fort St. James so didn't make reservations and everything else was full. The sheets were clean and the beds weren't uncomfortable. It's old, run down, bathroom needs re-caulking, grout etc. carpets should at the very least be cleaned and the furniture likely hasn't been changed since the... More

We stayed at this hotel 25 years ago, every thing is the same, sheets, dirty bathtub, the bed, the floor. Every thing is run down and looks like it hasn't seen any maintenance since the last visit. The floor would have been better than the bed. On top of that they charge 1st class rates, oh, did I mention how... More

Gross, dirty, stains on the mattress, don't forget to bring your own cleaning supplies. I've done a lot of travelling and this would be the worse place I've ever stayed. Shame on you owners, you make me ashamed of my own country. Thanks to the front desk clerk for the cork screw but NO tip to the cleaning crew.

Had no choice as everything in town was no vacancy. The place is OLD, and in need of a lot of work. Carpets dirty, things taped together, not a place to recommend to anyone. The place had workers staying there who were not the quietest.

We stayed in suite on second floor. It was very worn and a bit dirty and the floor squeaked. Bathtub looks terrible but worked fine. Beds were comfortable. Room coat $85/night. Restaurant served hearty breakfast. Staff was very nice. Not the Four Seasons but we'd stay there again if we were in 100 Mile House.
