The room is small and I still don't know whether the bed was a double or a queen. Our room was interior so during the night we could still see light coming from the pool area through the curtains which was annoying. But the location is great and since we could use the indoor and outdoor pool and there are... more

I literally just took off my boots from my 4 hour drive back to my home near Kingston, Ontario, and decided to compliment this hotel on a great weekend. We took advantage of the TGIF special. This ski and lodging deal can't be beat. The rooms were very clean and looked recently renovated. The hot tubs were a bit murky,... more

I went with my husband and 9 month old baby. The hotel arranged a crib for us and we found the staff very helpful (despite being put on hold for 45 mins. when we first called, it was a bad start, we were a liitle worried). Hotel is very nice although our room was pretty small. The terrace and grounds... more

I stayed in this hotel approximately 5 years ago and was very impressed by the quality and ambiance. I came with my wife for a valentine's weekend - had booked the hotel for 2 nights but left after the first night. The room was large but well worn. The bed was nice. We had an inside room with no view,... more

We stayed at Chateau Bromont in June 2007. We were extremely dissappointed with the hotel. The service was terrible and the food was worse. The staff didn't have any information on the area or tourist attractions. They were annoyed that we wanted their help finding a nice place to eat. We waited over an hour for room service (both days... more

We spent the weekend of June 23,24 at the Chateau Bromont Hotel Spa. The rooms are a bit expensive for want you receive as a luxury room. The bathroom had updated fixtures on the vanity but the bathtub was outdated. The lighting in the bathroom was very dim. The ceilings were very low, especially when you come through the door.... more

We live in the Montreal area and as a family, twice a year we book 2 rooms at the Chateau Bromont for a couple of days. We have been doing this for a couple of years now & always love it. We go both in summer and around Xmas time. In summer, you have the choice of the two pools,... more

Not impressed, chateau in French means castle, was nice but the rooms were very ordinary. Furniture had seen better days, the bathroom had a very nice mirror but a small tub and a cheap showerhead. Not more than an ordinary room in a beautiful setting. more

A weekend wasn’t long enough for us to enjoy everything that the Chateau Bromont Resort Hotels had to offer. Just forty-five minutes south of Montreal through the lush countryside of Quebec’s Eastern Townships the hotels provided badly needed restorative getaway time. The Chateau Bromont with meeting rooms, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, 152 well-appointed bedrooms and an outdoor terrace overlooking... more

The hotel was full, so that is always a testing time. The room was adequate, but the beds occupied about 80% of the floor area. It faced onto the inner courtyard of the hotel and was noisy, even with the window closed. The food was very average, in both the casual and formal dining rooms. The shuttle service to the... more
