I recently spent 2 nights here. It was the first time that I had stayed since it changed from a Howard Johnson to a Quality Inn. The lobby has been totally renovated and is very inviting for this class of hotel. This was the first time that I didn't have a river/bridge view and I was disappointed with that so... More

This hotel appears to be in the process of being converted from a traditional chain-type hotel to more of boutique hotel. The outside entry is still unfinished so it looks rough. But once inside, it's fine. The room we had had been refurbished to more of a European style. The furnishings were relatively new and the room was clean. Our... More

Don't be fooled by the outside appearance of the hotel, when you enter you will be in for a nice surprise. The lobby is renovated and very welcoming. We had a nice, big, river view room with 2 double beds. Very clean! The staff at the front desk were very polite and helpful. We ended up staying for 2 nights,... More

My partner was woke up 3 times between 10 and 11:15pm Sat. nite by loud noises coming from our 4th floor hall. Called the front desk to complain .. no action. She went to the front desk to complain .. was told he couldn't do anything .. unless she wanted to call the police .. then I went down and... More

This hotel does look quite poor from the outside but a major entrance renovation is planned and the interior lobby was already modernised and pleasant. Reception was good, there was a trainee but he was well supervised and check in was smooth. Our room was a good size, 2 queen beds overlooking the bridge/river. Surprisingly quiet though. The layout of... More

When traveling to expensive destinations I stop on route .... Overnight hotels like this one are appreciated by people like myself who spend well over 200 days a year on the road .... I don't eat. Bfast here so no review but I will say beds are comfy, rooms are clean, and spacious .... Free parking and a great location... More

First impression: building looked old and shabby on the outside, and was undergoing some renovations at the front door. Lobby was small but nice, and check-in was quick and easy. The hallway on the second floor, where our room was located, was narrow and dark, and had a very strong perfume or cleanser odour. Our room was small and seemed... More

The room was clean and comfortable with a very nice king-sized bed. Front desk was informative and well versed about local establishments. Room was dated and property is dated. Furniture was somewhat above average. The breakfast were good with a fairly large selection and a late but attending staff. Entire location needs a good cleaning. Good location. We did not... More

We stayed here on the gloomiest day possible but absolutely loved our experience. The room was clean and comfortable - we got more than what we anticipated and the front desk clerk was the nicest person I've had to deal with from the hotel industry. Campbellton is a small place and the homey and friendliness was very much shown by... More

I disagree with most of the reviews posted here. Rooms are dark, insufficient lighting, not enough outlets, no exercise facilities, no pool, furniture is old and worn-out, only one chair in a room. Only one small elevator barely able to handle 6 people with luggage. Selected hotel based on comments posted on trip advisor - disappointed to say the least.... More
