Our overall experience at this hotel was excellent. We stayed at this hotel 2 different nights & had a great experience both stays. Reception desk was very friendly to us & our dog, they made us feel very welcome to be staying there. There was a restaurant attached to the hotel & because we didn't want to go away from... More

This hotel looks like it has been renovated, but they clearly just took care of the important parts. The bathroom in my room was perfectly clean. The bed was clean and confortable and the view on the bay was very nice. However, the paint was chipping in many places, there were small mold stains under the window and the closet... More

We took the double bed room. Big enough, clean, good TV, good WIFI, sympathetic staff and good enough breakfast. Recommended for the Cad $109 which we paid. The restaurant to esr is T-Bar, the other ones are not restaurants.

The Quality Inns are basic hotels, and the one in Campbellton was spot on. It was clean & reasonably comfortable. These hotels are 3 star, and that's what the strive for. Some comments: Staff were pleasant and helpful; the breakfast was quite good, with well rounded offerings. Free wifi that worked well. The downside is the hotel is a bit... More

Don't let the exterior stop you from booking this hotel....the inside is all redone and modern.... front desk staff was wonderful, and the pub attached had great food and service. Our room had the bathroom sink/vanity outside the bathroom, and the room with the toilet tub/shower was extremely small (had to go in and turn around before being able to... More

Great rooms!! Nice to have a little fridge. Little resto bar adjacent to this hotel, good food. Service was excellent and friendly. Close to a lot of stores and restaurant. Outside of the building needs a bit of a facelift bit inside has a brand new feel!! Would definitely go back.

stayed 4 nights on business. Doesn't look like much from the outside but they have renovated the interior to reflect a more upscale image. The common areas were nicely appointed and the rooms were modernized and well done. There are a few details that have been overlooked such as the bathroom door and the windows, but the otherwise it was... More

3 day seminars are not much fun. But when the accommodations are comfortable in makes a difference. Good sized rooms with king-size beds. Large variety complimentary breakfast served 7-10 a.m. Friendly staff. Hotel attached to restaurant and small shopping center. Located in the heart of town and a 2 minute drive across the bridge (located beside hotel) into Quebec for... More

I recently spent 2 nights here. It was the first time that I had stayed since it changed from a Howard Johnson to a Quality Inn. The lobby has been totally renovated and is very inviting for this class of hotel. This was the first time that I didn't have a river/bridge view and I was disappointed with that so... More

This hotel appears to be in the process of being converted from a traditional chain-type hotel to more of boutique hotel. The outside entry is still unfinished so it looks rough. But once inside, it's fine. The room we had had been refurbished to more of a European style. The furnishings were relatively new and the room was clean. Our... More
