“Great Campground, Great Staff”

I am a returning guest at Spruce Grove, and I love it. The long-time staff are always friendly and offer great customer service. The campground feels like a campground, not a parking lot. Unfortunately since FHSR took over the resort the prices have gone way up, and they don't staff their departments properly, leaving the current staff overworked and exhausted.... More

We set up our camp (tents, food on the tables, fire going, etc) and around 10 at night the manager himself told us we had to move. Turns out we were in the wrong place due to THEIR error. The manager just watched as we packed up and reset else where. It was horrible. Plus, the pool water is very... More
