What an unexpected gem of a location and accommodation! Spacious room with enough kitchen supplies to make things easy for a snack and adult beverages. The king bed was beautifully appointed and SO COMFORTABLE! This is the !perfect! location to stay for hiking day trips . . . love, love, loved it (and we've stayed from Jasper to Waterton). We... Field is a good location for Yoho and Lake Louise away from the main tourist area, a quirky little place next to the railway. We liked our suite at the Canadian Rockies in - plenty of space, very clean, and a comfy bed and we thought it was good value for money compared to what else is on offer in... More

Our family stayed here in August and this was the perfect home base for us. My husband and I had previously stayed in Field so we knew it was a wonderful base for hiking Lake Louise, Lake O'Hara, and the Iceline trail. With a king in one bedroom and a pair of twins in the other, Suite 3 is perfect... More

We chose Field to stay in as it was close to Lake Louise, Takakkaw Falls and Emerald Lake. It proved as a great base and a quiet place. We stayed in the Canadian Rockies in the third suite. the suite itself is very spacious, and Luc your host is very accommodating. The suite has a good king sized bed and... More

We stayed in this accommodation during our vacation and trip across the Rockies coming from Jasper. We choose Field as an ideal place for YOHO NP, the South of the Icefield Parkway and all activities around Lake Louise and Moraine Lake, since all three areas are very close. Its also a lot less busy as Lake Louise and prices are... More

Had a wonderful stay, the best bed and most well appointed suite we encountered during our two week vacation in western Canada. Not to mention the incredible views, weather, skiing and wildlife, Highly Recommended.

We stayed here for one nite before our trip to Lake O'hara on the next day. We chose here becaue field is very close to O'hara and offers more affordable accomdation than Lake Louise. The suite we stayed is very spacious and comfortable, equipped with full kitchen. Highly recommend!

We stayed here after a bad experience at another lodge in the Rockies. Simple accommodation but clean, friendly and everything that you need as a base for exploring and touring. Excellent value for money. It's close to the railway as well so good for spotting bears!

We stayed at the Canadian Rockies Inn for a couple of nights earlier this week. We found this stay to be nice and of good value. Our room featured a king sized bed (which was comfortable), microwave, small refrigerator, TV and clock. The bathroom featured a shower/tub, toilet, and sink. (The bathroom was a really big room, and seemed over... More

Beware of significant road construction between Field and Lake Louise. Also, don't expect to find a grocery store in Field. Our room was quiet, clean, modern and spacious with: Heat/AC, refrigerator, microwave, oven and range. We had a table, glasses, plates and utensils. Paved parking was just outside the door. Although the owner worked next door he left us pretty... More
