Stayed at this hotel again. The hotel staff- front desk, dining room, and cleaning personnel- are nothing short of great. For the prices charged this hotel really needs to update its decor both inside and out.

Stayed because they are pet friendly...but would not stay there again. $131 for the motel per night for a bathroom with no working fan, rooms floors were not vacuumed and bed sheets with rips and not so clean smell.

My son's baseball team stayed at this hotel in September 2013. While this hotel was adequate for our purposes, the hotel is in need of some serious upgrades to all rooms in the way of decor and soundproofing. The rooms were clean enough despite the age. Housekeeping staff were very friendly and met all of our requests. Would not be... More

Stayed here in September 2013. My room was a little outdated. My friends had a better, updated room. The air conditioning unit was not working in my room and it was too warm. Ate breakfast in the restaurant which was OK. Not a fantastic place to stay, but not the worst either.

We stayed in the motel rooms across the highway from the main hotel. There was nothing particularly wrong with them, other than the smell (highly toxic cleaning products, perhaps?), but they were dingy and depressing. $45 rooms for $90. The front desk people were super-friendly though.

Challenge 1 - finding the place!!! The hotel itself doesn't have an entrance on Lincoln Road, and what's visible from the highway is in fact the co-owned efficiency units. You have to cross the highway then go down a side street to find it - only took a few minutes to figure out but it could have been far clearer.... More

We stayed in the efficiency units opposite the main hotel building. It's nice that they allow pets in this area as we we're travelling with one. But as a result of being pet friendly, the carpets have, what are likely, pee stains on them. Not nice. The kitchenette was convenient, though you're sleeping a few metres from the fridge -... More

Showed up to my room at the efficiency units, only to find a dirty, dated looking room. It was obvious that the cleaning staff working there didn't clean the room properly - I found the bathroom floor covered in the previous occupant's hairs (and we are not talking just a few!) and there was a dirty towel under the bed.... We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights to attend a wedding. The front desk personnel, dining room staff, and maids were spot on-very friendly and courteous. The rooms, however, are in need of a desperate upgrade for it is very dated.

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nites for a wedding. The hotel is very old and had had no updates. The rooms were not clean (we found food, a bottle cap etc.. on the floor and the tub leaved a bit to be desired in terms of cleanliness). Also the restaurant - although it does serve food, it is...
