My wife and I stayed three nights at the Brigantine Inn, and we loved it. The staff was very friendly and the room was really nice. Our room wasn't ready when we got there so the gentleman checking us in invited us to have a drink on them in the Grand Banker Restaurant, which is part of the inn. The... More

We had an amazing stay at Brigantine Inn. Stunning views of the habor and cove. Our room (Room 1) was so spacious, very clean and beautiful. The room was so cozy and comfortable and very romantic. I could have stayed there forever. The location was perfect. The food downstairs at the Grand Banker was awesome and they have a great... More

My boyfriend and I stayed in Lunenburg this summer, although during our stay the weather did not cooperate, I will visit again soon and stay in this beautiful Inn. The view was simply incredible and the room was spacious with a large Jacuzzi tub overlooking the stunning harbor. Downstairs at the Grand Banker restaurant we had some of the best... More

I selected this Inn following the advice of Trip Advisor reviewers. They were spot on regarding location. It is in the center of town...walking distance to the Fisheries Museum, shops, great restaurants, and has free street parking on weekends. It was awkward to walk downstairs from the entrance on Montague Street into the Grand Banker Pub to check-in. However, doing... More

This hotel is located right in the center of town, with a view of the bay. The beds are comfortable and the rooms clean. It is a historic building so the rooms are not huge, high end resort type rooms, but they were large enough, comfortable and all of the necessary amenities, including a nice flat screen TV. We enjoyed... More

We had a nice stay for one night in one of the second floor rooms. Brigantine Inn is right there in the middle of things in Lunenburg and overall the town tiny to walk around. There was a restaurant downstairs, where we guided for our check-in. Checking in and out was very smooth and fast. It was nice that there... More

We stayed at the Brigantine for two nights while touring Nova Scotia during our fortnight holiday. The weather during this weekend was superb which of course made everything feel that much more favourable, and we were delighted with the room (Picton House) and the stunning view of the harbour and the waterfront (if you overlook the car park!) from the... The best view yet from a tub, directly on the Lunenburg Harbour. We had room 4, Romance (name of a ship) good size room with large window on Harbour, fridge and coffee maker. Plus the room had a full bathroom.... and a separate room just for the jacuzzi. Comfortable bed. But: Internet was VERY slow, room is on second floor... More

Stayed here for a weekend getaway in July. After the initial confusion of check-in (done at the restaurant below) we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Comfortable room with a balcony overlooking the beautiful harbour (and the inside of Big Red's resto next door lol). Enjoyed historic walks through town and a harbour cruise as well. The restaurant (Grand Banker) is a... More

We spent two nights at the end of July in this little harbor inn, after a long overnight flight from California. The lodgings are in the center of this small town, overlooking the harbor. Saturday evening festival music wafted through our window and urged us toward a long evening stroll around town. Accommodations were adequate, but not luxurious. It fit... More
