My husband and I enjoye our stay at this perfect bed and breakfast.
My husband and I were there last November and were graciously hosted by Lorne and Janet. We were only planning to stay 1 night but since we had such a memorable and trustworthy experience, and that our room was still available, we chose to stay a 2nd night. No regrets whatsoever!!! The accommodations were impecable and Lorne's an impecable cook...

Although we live in the Annapolis Valley and are close enough to enjoy historic Lunenburg on a day trip, we decided to celebrate my birthday by staying at the Alicion B&B. We chose it primarily after reading about Lorne and Janet's commitment to "going green" with an eco-friendly B&B. We were not disappointed and are now looking for another special...

lorne and janet were wonderful hosts. we stayed in the tamarack room, which was just delightful. lorne was such a wonderful cook and host. the town of lunenburg is a world unesco site and just a wonderful town to stroll and sight see. we would defintely go back again.
An absolutely beautiful spot with, well appointed, spotless inviting rooms (we stayed in the Periwinkle), gracious hospitality and a delicious breakfast that made our short stay most enjoyable. Set in historic Lunenburg it was quiet, relaxing and just what we needed. We were using a gift card and would highly recommend this B&B – good value and great friendly service....

Alicion Bed & Breakfast is a beautifully restored house with outstanding amenities. Lorne and Janet, our hosts, are both delightful and charming. You feel as if you are old friends visiting for a weekend, even though this was our first trip to Lunenburg. Lorne's breakfasts were incredible-always fresh ingredients (many from their own garden), always creative. We look forward to...

The room...

We are so glad that we spent two nights at this B&B. The photo is for real, the house stands on a huge property in an excellent location, nice neighborhood where you can run in the morning and then walk down 10 minutes to the Fisheries Museum, which we did even in the rain. We enjoyed both the rooms we...

We stayed in the Periwinkle room in this historic house. The room was large and like the house full of period features. The bathroom contained 'green' toiletries and the inn keepers were keen on this way of life. Breakfasts were tasty and accompanied by good conversation from the inn fellow guests and the inn keepers who were also knowledgeable and...

This is a wonderful little Inn that has an almost "Fairy Tale' elegance about it. The rooms were immaculate, our host warm, gracious, and accommodating - and the Inn is perfectly situated for exploring this beautiful little town.
