Superior room was huge - very comfortable and with lovely lake view from balcony. Nice pool out front. Bike trail right beside property. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Excellent meal at on-site restaurant and another at partner restaurant down the street. Only 4 km from the "busy/touristy" part, but staying here in the "village" is recommended. Golf a couple of... Stayed in this hotel for two nights in June 2014. The view from room 7 was amazing as it overlooked Lac Mercier! The room had two comfortable beds and an en suite with a bathtub and shower. The shower head was not working properly though. The room could do with the addition of a mini fridge. The area around the... More

We recently stayed for 2 nights in an 'executive room' number 103. The room had beautiful views over Lake Mercier and the garden. One or two problems with our room. A pillowcase on the bed was stained and had a hair on. Also there was beer spilled on the coffee tray on which clean cups had been placed. The TV... More

Stayed here in 2011 when cycling the P’tit Train du Nord the first time. This time we upgraded to the rooms in the separate building and were able to put our bikes in our room, although they do have a separate storage area for them in the main building. Room was spacious, clean with mini-fridge. Ground level had patio doors... More

We had a fine suite, fine view of the water, good facilities. We were directed to the interesting sites nearby, we enjoyed a walk along the lake, and also into the village. It was a short drive to the ski and fun venues at the hill, and also the casino.

Stayed @ their Chalet P. Nasty, to avoid because: - mold & mildew in basement - basement dark, damp and dungy - half of bedrooms offered are in that basement - dirty outdated furniture (would have not minded the retro look if at least clean!) - patio door broken - kitchen equipped with broken & dirty elements Need i say... Furnishings in rooms were dated which is probably why they can be offered at this low price. However, I'm sensitive to odors and I thought our room smelled of carpet and upholstery materials that need to be replaced. May not bother anyone else.

Our stay was August 16. We lucked out and took the superior room package. The room was clean with two balconies with a street view and lake view. We thought the price was reasonable. Customer service excellent. Complaints zero. We would return and recommend.

We stayed here for two nights in July as part of a cycling package on Le P'tit Train du Nord. Our room (standard room) was not large, but it was very clean and comfortable. The room faced Lac Mercier on one side, with a small balcony, and faced a fairly busy street on the other side. We were concerned that... More

Basically motel accommodation with small rooms on two levels but car park opposite if no room outside. View over lake is good with jogging/cycling path between hotel and lake. Nice area to walk around or swim and much quieter than the ski resort up the road (mini-Disneyland!). Got a really good deal with golf, dinner, B&B. Restaurant is under separate... More
