Expected two, two bedroom suites and were provided two, one bedroom suites and two bachelor suites below ground in dank and filthy rooms. Resort would not take responsibility and RCI would not. The information we were provided about our accommodations were not what we got. Location was fine but that is it. Floors were filthy and there was dust everywhere.... More

We travelled to Club Privilege La Voliere in Mont Tremblant last week. It is a nice enough resort but there were a few issues. First the $50 charge for electricity and the second was a $50 WIFI charge. The Resort is right across the street from a lake and they have a couple of canoes and paddleboats for the guests... More

We had a 2 bedroom which was really a one bedroom and a studio with a lock-off door between the units. We were 3 adults so lots of room. The bathrooms were clean and both units had a gas fireplace which was great for Apres-ski. The sofa's, chairs and TV's need to be updated. I would not want to have... More

My husband and I recently spent a week at this resort and had a great time. The facilities were typical time-share and the furniture was comfortable. We could walk to restaurants and it was a short drive into St. Jovite where there were lots more places to eat and shops. There was even a small outlet mall on the highway... More

We stayed in a two bedroom condo Labor Day weekend. This is our first visit in the area. We really like the village and the ski Mountain. The unit is large but in a very unusual format. Kitchen is in the middle of the unit which takes up a lot of space. Everything is older, clean and in working order.... More

We stayed at the the Montagnard and Laurentien which are both part of the same company as La Voliere. We payed for two weeks but only stayed 10 days because of the unsatisfactory accommodations. The first condo had dirty, stained bedding and towels. There was a very foul odor from the water heater drain which was located next to our... More

The property is conveniently located at the edge of the Mont-Tremblant village, and a reasonable distance from the downtown "village". The location is out of the center of tourist activities, but there are several restaurants within walking distance. Had this been in the winter, I believe parking downtown would be a serious issue. However, there appears to be public bus... More

We stayed here for a week and were quite pleased. No, it is not luxurious. It is affordable, clean, and has everything you could conceivably require for a ski week. Full kitchen with everything you need to cook meals after a long, wonderful day of skiing. If you are going to Mont Tremblant to stay in a room, go elsewhere.... More

The key to enjoying this resort is to be informed. Office hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. So if you plan to arrive later than that, be sure to make arrangements in advance with the office. After 5:00 p.m. there are emergency contact numbers. It is not a resort where they will wait on you hand and foot.... More

Great location, friendly service, and a refurbished clean unit with all that was needed for a great week's stay with one important exception, comfortable furnishings. Granted we are used to sleeping on a very comfortable bed,it was like trying to sleep on a board in this unit. We are seasoned travelers but this bed was beyond any that we had ever experienced....
