We arrived at said hotel only to find that the restaurant and bar were closed. They would not honor the exchange rate and the beds were as hard as a rock. The T.V.'s are old and out-dated also no remotes. They have satellite but must have the cheapest package available because we could only get 2 channels both in French.... More

We spent a night at the Reserve during the Christmas 2007 holiday season. The good news is that the room was spotless and had enough space that we did not feel crowded. However, I thought the room was a bit Spartan. Our room did not have a hairdryer. Bring your own, or remember to borrow one from the hotel before... More
