We stayed for a few nights and found the staff to be very pleasant and accommodating. The room amenities were basic but just what we needed. With -35C temperatures outside the room was very warm and nice to get back into after a long day. Would stay again.

Creepy hotel, from A to Z. Run by 2 unsmily & unfriendly women. When we first arrived at the front desk to leave our lugages before our room would be ready (not before 4PM!) the first sentence the woman told us is : ''Whattt?! It's not even 9AM!'' No Hello, no hospitality, no good manners. The woman gave us 2... More

The worst experience in my life and believe me, I have traveled a lot. I have quit the hotel very earlier in the morning because I couldn’t support any more. Very bad service from front desk; very noisy room; the walls are from "paper" you hear everything what your neighbors do.

This hotel is close to everything, restaurants, shopping, sightseeing, spa. Most rooms have a full kitchen, which is nice if you want to stay in or have younger children. The prices are fair for that part of the province. Il you want to relax there are many Nordic spas near by. It was very quiet when we went. They offer... More

We booked here on a Teambuy deal and really enjoyed it. We had a king suite with jacuzzi and thought it was a nice set up. We were pleasantly surprised at how cozy the room was... and we would definitely return! It is definitely more of a motel than hotel but that didnt affect the way we felt about the... More

Although this hotel comes with a good deal (discount for Baton Rouge, ski hill, and polar bear club), this was one of the worst experiences. First they said they didn't have our reservation for a king bed suite. This is impossible because we called 2-3 months prior on two separate occasions which means they had our imformation on file. Stayed at this hotel in mid September with family and was extremely disappointed. In short, the room was extremely dirty. The only good thing was the complimentary light breakfast offered. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

We went for a couple's weekend in St-Sauveur to get rid of crazy Montreal... The hotel was very nice and quiet. The room was clean and cozy, very nice set-up for couples, with a big jacuzzy for two, a beautiful fireplace, a regular plasma TV and a small kitchenette fully equiped to eat in the room if needed. The only... More

We stayed for two nights in this time warp of a hotel. The gentleman at the desk was very friendly on arrival. The third floor room was clean, but very dated with an antique TV and tired drapes with yellow paint smeared on them. There was no closet, just a rack next to the bed, so you had to duck under...
