We were here for a couple nights during March break with our kids and my in laws. The staff were all very friendly. They also have a free shuttle service available. All we had to do was provide a tip to the drivers. The standard double bed room was spacious and clean. There was a mini bar that we had... More

This is our second year in a row staying at the Manoir for a ski vacation and we enjoyed our stay so much we extended our visit for an extra night. The crew for breakfast were attentive, caring and smiling, let alone the breakfast was tasty with lots of choice. The hot tub-pool outside is fabulous and the staff always... More

A large group of us were here for a business conference, it is a very nice hotel. My room was a nice size with 2 queen beds, a modern bathroom, all were very clean, on the 4th floor. However, upon entering the room, it smelled like poo. I thought that there might be a dirty diaper under my bed. The... More

Have stayed at the Manoir for many years, mostly in the warmer months. Chose this over a return to the Muskokas for March Break this year. The recent upgrades have made it more inviting. Stayed in a renovated room which was well appointed, and the new bar area and outdoor hot tub was nice. Lots of things for families to... More

I booked this hotel for a mini ski vacation for my family. I wanted a hotel with a pool and a spacious room for our twins. The hotel is centrally located in the laurentians and Saint-Sauveur for local ski hills and restaurants. This hotel hits the mark on these points, but there are major downfalls to this hotel! You have to... More

Also, you can be strolling the cozy village with a nice selections of small shops, restaurants and bars. Plenty of traffic in that part of town. If you like shopping, There's outlets within a 10... We just stayed at the Manoir for a few days during the spring break. The hotel was clean and had beautiful modern and rustic decor. The breakfast was fantastic and had many options of food to choose from. The service was also great. There is a seating area near the lobby where you can be served with various beverages and...
