It was a wet day when we arrived at the Northampton House B&B, but the sun was sure shining inside.We were greeted cheerfully by Ann the owner, who kindly showed us around the very large and nicely decorated common area ,as well as the very comfortable and nicely furnished dining area where we would have our breakfast in the morning. Ann then took us upstairs to our room.This is not your usual B&B I can assure you ! The room was very large, which included a very nice sitting area and large TV inside a beautiful enterainment center. Looking to the other end of the room you could see a lovely appointed powder room which any lady would fall in love with. Lots of mirrors, good lighting and two basins. The toilet was in it's own little room and to top it all off, a beautiful whirlpool bath and shower beyond the powder room.
