Front desk staff were pleasant but completely ineffective. They did not explain details like where our parking spot was, nor that we had to bring our dirty towels to the front desk to get clean ones. The staff were all very pleasant and were able to converse well with us in English. The unit where we stayed was very clean and exceptionally well equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen - even salt and pepper!

We went to this resort as part of our time share exchange. On arrival we were informed that we had to leave a singed imprint of our credit card for 500.00 damage deposit and that there was an 39.50 admin charge at the end of our stay.
