We booked room in this ski-in ski-out hotel every year for the last four years for the simple reason that it is the only one that has a outdoors hot spa. The spa is quite good with two leveled pools connected together by a small water fall. It is very relaxing to go to this spa and dip your body... More

If you're a paraplegic, unless you are able to hop onto a 31 inch high bed, have telescopic arms for when in bath tub to reach shower head, soap, shampoo; have extra long legs or else your legs will dangle when on toilet; unless you don't want to use their pool and hot tub outside I would not recommend you... Dear Sherry C After de CADS meeting we have realized that the adapted rooms will need to be further improved. We are currently working on taking the necessary steps to make them fully accessible for paraplegic clients. It will be a pleasure to welcome you again among us! More

My Family and I just stayed at the Espace Nordik (the non-renovated rooms of Chateau Mont Sainte Anne) during the Ontario March Break and they were just fine. Like some of the other reviews say, the rooms are older and perhaps in need of an update, but they were very clean, functional and were more than adequate for a family... More

Dear englanfan68 Thanks for your comments. We just like to make a correction. EspaceNordik is the renovated rooms of the hotel. Unfortunately, some rooms of this section still non-renovated for the moment but we are planning to finish them in the next 2-3 years. Looking forward to welcoming you again for your next ski vacations ! More

This was our second vist to MSA this year. Stayed in the Nordic room (not renovated), had ample room for the four of us. The kitchenette allowed us to save some money as we brought all our food. The outdoor spa was excellent after two great days of riding. Our pre teen boys enjoyed the games room. The fireplace and... More

Love Château Mont-Sainte-Anne. I have been coming here with my family for the last 4 march breaks. The hotel is on the slopes so all you have to do is put your ski boots on in your room and head down to the gondola. I recommend the Nordik rooms that have a mini kitchen (small fridge, microwave oven and toaster).... More

Compact but very comfortable room with very adequate kitchen facility. Space a bit tight in room with 2 queens but no problem for 4. Fantastic outdoor hot tubs but very small indoor pool. The lobby scene was an excellent surprise - live music, comfortable couches, huge fireplace & you can enjoy a glass of wine. For a family traveling alone,... More

We just got home from our snowboarding vacation at MSA. We stayed in the studio room on the 3rd floor. (Not renovated one) The room was basic, but comfortable and clean. It was a great place for ski in and ski out. The gondola was right outside of the hotel side door. We loved the convenience. Since it was right... More

We recently visited Chateau Mont-Sainte-Anne during some of the coldest February weather of 2015. We stayed in a Nordiq room, which was beautiful and offered the convenience of an eating area, toaster, microwave and fridge, as well as dishes. The easy access to the gondola was a major plus in the cold weather, and the skiing was absolutely fantastic. We... More

Chateau Mont Saint Anne has a dual personality. There are things about it that will potentially serve as great pleasures, while others that will be great disappointments. Check out my list and decide for yourself. The positives are.... 1. The location is right at the base of the mountain, as well as en route to the lovely Baie St-Paul. If... More

Bonjour mbc421 Thank you for your comments, they are very relevant. Please be aware that for nearly 5 years, we have undertaken a major renovation program. The pool and its surroundings area are part of future projects. For now, we have renovated 75% of rooms and condos with the public areas and meeting rooms. Looking forward to see you again! More

I spent three nights at Château Mont-Sainte-Anne and had a great time there. We had a studio so we prepared our own meals, but the breakfast was delicious. I do have to say that we were there at the very end of the ski season and then it's the case that breakfast is à la carte, while it's a buffet... More
