We had a hockey tournament here in January 2015. The staff are helpful and friendly, the restaurant is top notch as far as quality, and the breakfast is terrific. The rooms are not "newly furbished" nor up to date, but they are clean and comfortable. The double rooms have double beds. (I like to see hotels put queen beds) which... More

Driving from Ontario to Moncton for a funeral we had to rest overnight in Edmonston. We called ahead and booked a room and then struggled through very poor weather and roads until we arrived at the motel at 11 pm. Joanne was waiting for us and made us very welcome. She went beyond what we expected and spent time after... More

The hotel is located at the edge of town far from attractions, but right off the highway, so it is good for an overnight stop. We paid a decent price and were generally happy with the room and service. Rooms are a bit noisy, because of the highway. The hotel does not offer free breakfast, but the adjacent restaurant has... Though I usually stay at one of two other hotels in the area when in town on business, I thought I'd try here as a friend recommended it. I was not disappointed. The desk had a competitive business rate, $15 less than the BW up the street. I was assigned a ground floor room, with convenient access to my car... More

The hotel was clean and comfortable. There is no elevator, so beware if booking and you cannot manage. Also, do call the international 1-800 # for the best rate. I called the front desk and they offered a double bed room for $165, yet when I called the international line I was able to book for $118.

Had vehicle troubles on the way to Ontario. Pulled in to this hotel late at night and was greeted by the man at the front desk (Yvan) He proceeded to check us in and tell us about the pool, where to locate the garage and told us where to park our truck. (it was loaded with stuff for a move) and... More

There are no elevators for the upper floors which the manager stated are the cheap floors and rooms when you book with Hotels.com. The bathroom had hair on the counter, rugs were dirty and room smelled.

We were stranded in Emundston while waiting for our vehicle to be fixed. Luckily this hotel was across the street from the dealership we were towed to and had availability. Passing by I wouldn't turn my head twice, but the customer service and cleanliness made up for the esthetics. The pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained. Not... More

If this was a cheap motel I would probably have thought it wasn't too bad but seeing as we paid $170 for one night, I was totally disgusted. The halls smelled very strongly of cigarettes, the decor was old and dingy and the staff was inattentive on check in. If we hadn't already paid for 2 rooms in advance we... More
