Staff are friendly and helpful. Laying out bathrobes and chocolate as well as setting mellow mood music were all appreciated. The Arome restaurant was excellent and had a great wine selection. The adjoining Le Cellier has a wonderful patio with a large barbeque that imparts a outdoorsy aroma. The rooms are spacious and clean. The beds are very comfortable. You... more

This Hilton is like most Hilton properties with well-furnished rooms and amenities. The staff are generally efficient and friendly, and housekeeping was excellent. However, its location for people without cars and in bad winter weather means you're stuck with eating at the hotel and the associated casino's restaurants. The food is not bad at the restaurants but can get pricey... more

Our family recently returned from yet another great stay at this hotel. We had been there a number of times during the first year or two after it first opened, but had not been there since 2005 and were wondering how it would be. We were glad to see that the hotel is still as good as ever. One of... more

Here is what I can say about this hotel. Driving up to the front is a exciting moment. It is very much so "eye candy". Wow is what you will think, we always receive a welcome upon arrival. We stayed over New Years 07, and there were people playing harps along the front hall. Ahh.so pretty it is... Check In... more

Stayed at the hotel for three nights for a business conference. Nothing wrong with my stay, at all, but I felt the atmosphere a little cold. The property is huge with conference centre, large hotel, casino attached. It seemed we walked for miles between meetings, dinners, and hotel room. The decor is amazing. The lobby is unlike anything I've seen,... more

Very nice accommodations / clean / spacious. Beautiful grounds and facilities. However, we had a very bad experience with the restaurant - booked a "bed and breakfast" package. Showed up for breakfast and were turned away by rude maitre'd - stated "restaurant is full, you can't have breakfast". In fact the restaurant was empty, awaiting the Sunday Brunch crowd. Eventually... more

This is a very swanky hotel. From the lobby to your room...everything is elegant. We happened to mention to the concierge that it was our 23 wedding anniversary and he must've mentioned it to the restaurant in the hotel where we dined because we were brought a lovely dessert with 'Happy 23rd wedding anniversary' written on chocolate. In addition to... more

Got a free night from the Montreal casino to stay at the hilton, with a guest for a completely free stay. My stay was perfect in every way. Check in was quick, efficient (even though my room wasn't ready - no big deal) and polite. Rooms were comfortable and clean. The hotel itself was very nice, modern and full of... more

My wife and I have stayed at this hotel multiple times and absolutely loves it. We have had the chance to try all rooms and they are all very nice. The pool and spa are amazing. We had a couples massage and it was great. I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this city and even people celebrating a anniversary... more
