I picked this because of the TripAdvisor reviews and the fact you could walk to the ferry going to Quebec City. When I arrived, it was a beautiful sunny day, and you could see Quebec City across the St. Lawrence from the B&B.The B&B is across the street from a park, which is located atop a cliff overlooking the river.... The best view of Quebec City is from Levis (across the river) and a great way to get to Quebec City from Levis is by the ferry, which leaves from Levis and arrives below the Chateau Frontenac in the Old City. The B&B is located at the top of the Levis "cliff" and behind a park from which you have... More

Home made croissants for breakfast! comfy bed, delicious breakfast, easy to get to, magnificent view, great hosts. Only complaint is that the pillows were scarce and a bit flat. Décor was funky and interesting.

Levis is, quite surprisingly, a much better place to stay when exploring Quebec City than Quebec City itself. The B&B is within walking distance to the ferry which runs frequently till about 2am, so you don't have to worry about parking in a busy city. What's more - the B&B offers spectacular view of the old city across the river... More

The Villa is my perfect B&B. It sits across the street from Terrasse de Levis with a panoramic view of the St Lawrence and the old city of Quebec. The entry porch was a nice place to hide out from the rain while waiting for my hosts. The building is nicely laid out giving each of the 4 rooms a... More

If you are visiting Quebec City this is the place to stay. It is located within walking distance to the ferry across the St. Lawrence River that takes you to the old city. The view from the breakfast room has got to be one of the all time best. The breakfasts are the other reason for saying at this B&B.

This was the last place that we stayed on our 2 week trip to the Northeast U.S. and into Canada. We had a truly wonderful experience at this B & B. All of the positive comments made by previous travelers are true. Jacques and Diane are wonderful hosts, the breakfasts were outstanding, and we loved our room. We would not... More

We've stayed here on four trips to the east coast and wouldn't stay anywhere else! It's the perfect beginning (and end) to our holidays each year. Diane and Jacques work very hard to make everyone's stay absolutely perfect and Diane's breakfasts are to die for - five star works of art from beginning to end! The view is spectacular and... More

After a week and a half of traveling and staying at 5 other B&B's, we vote Villa Beau Sejour the best of our trip. There's no need to repeat the comments of others; they are all very accurate. Jacques is a great host and Diane clearly loves to cook - it shows at breakfast. They view and location is stupendous.... More

WOW is how we felt about the view across a sweet little park over the river and of Old Quebec. Chateau Frontenac was directly in our view- what a sight at night when the lights of the city shine. And in the day- tres belle! The hosts were bilingual and friendly. Our room was large enough for our giant suitcases... More
