Maison sous l'orme is situated in a quiet residential area high above the St. Lawrence river. Very welcoming hosts, excellent leisurely breakfast, and a very classy, complimentary, in-room plate of excellent Quebec cheeses each evening. I believe we stayed in the Lisbonne room, which was compact, very clean and well appointed. Wi-fi was free and available wherever we tried it,... More

Check in was smooth and easy, location was perfect to hop on ferry to Old Quebec City. The bed was to perfect and room was lovely. Could not believe the declious & filling breakfeast. Only problem was I had missed booking it for two nights, otherwise we could have enjoyed another night. We will certainly be back if ever in... More

Lovely home, very hospitable hosts. Really enjoyed breakfast on the veranda while looking across the St. Lawrence River at Old Quebec. Location was perfect, just a ferry ride away from visiting Quebec City. As well, a fantastic 20km bicycle, rollerblading, walking trail along the river. Definitely worth a return trip. Oh, btw, breakfast was amazing too!

We stayed here for a romantic visit to Quebec. We were very happy to be in Levis and take the ferry into the city. It was much nicer and quieter than the busy and tourist crowded city. We stayed in the Venise room for 5 nights and truly enjoyed our time there. The owners and staff are excellent. The house... More

Our stay at Maison Sous L'Orme was wonderful. Very hospitable hosts who were accommodating, knowledgeable, and kind. Our room was immaculate and the bed was super comfy. The gardens are gorgeous and there is a beautiful wraparound verandah with tables and chairs to stare out across the river to old Quebec City. I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone... More

We enjoyed our stay at this B&B which is run by Lorraine and her grandchildren. The breakfasts were fresh and tasty and there is a wonderful veranda on which to sit at the end of the day with a glass of wine (provided by yourself) and a book. The room was clean and comfortable with a cheese and cracker plate... More

We had a magical 3 nite stay at this lovely b&b. The property and rooms are very elegant, and the breakfasts superb. Our hosts Lorraine and Felix were so accommodating and helpful. We had delicious cheeses waiting for us when we arrived and enjoyed them on the beautiful porch. The view of Quebec City at night from the property is... More

Thanks Susan. It was a pleasure having your party around for a few days. Félix and I decided to remove all those thin tall plants (for which we found no name) we were looking at together with you, We foundt they were scattered all over the place, a few at a time. Although not expert gardeners, It looked suspicious to... More

Spent two days at this wonderful Bnb in the heart of Vieux Lévis. Our host, Félix, took the time to show us the house and our room and answer our questions about the area giving an excellent suggestion for dining within walking distance. He also provided a map of Lévis and pointed out where their was the best view of... More

On our arrival we were welcomed by Mme Chartier. She was very friendly and informative, giving us details of local places to eat. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean, and there was the nice touch of some local cheese in the 'fridge (delicious). The breakfast was cooked and served by Felix and was excellent. He is a charming young... More

Thank you for your feed back. I'm sorry I missed leading you correctly to the boudoir with the piano or to the dining room acessible all day for our guests. Of course our focal point for gathering is the exterior veranda, not very popular un November I must admit. Best regards, Lorraine More

Our drive to New Brunswick was a long one (from Toronto) so we decided that Levis would be a good halfway point to stay overnight. After browsing online, we selected La Mason sous l'Orme. It is a lovely spot, very well described online (B&B Canada and tripadvisor). Lorraine was a lovely hostess, welcoming us and making sure we selected the... More
