We stopped here on our way to Nova Scotia. The hotel was clean & beautifully decorated. The staff were very friendly and helpful (speaking both French and English). Our room was very comfortable, nicely decorated, & spacious. Breakfast was great! We will definitely stay here again!

This was surprisingly very nice place to stay. Our junior suite with whirlpool bath and a glass window looking into the bedroom was modern, new and very comfortable. We have been to this hotel 3 times and it is so quiet, clean, handy, and next to restaurants and easy access to quebec city. The staff are very helpful and efficient, the breakfast area is clean and the waffles are delicious !!! Lots of healthy choices also,

The hotel was not very clean there was hair everywhere on the bed sheets,the covers were dirty. so I asked to change rooms, the receptionist did not like it much, but What I was really surprised was the lack of proper English spelling on the Hotel signs, there is a sign on the elevator that says '' Ice is (AVAIBLE)... Hotel and room very nice and clean and new. Air conditioner did not work properly, lady from desk came to room got it going but room got very hot during night, could not get it working again. The room and vending machines are overpriced. Travel this area frequently will only stay there again if no other places available.
