I get to Quesnel regularly on business and the Tower Inn has a great location in the heart of downtown. Rooms are always comfortable and clean, reliable wireless, and a business centre. Great meeting room for business,attentive staff and excellent restaurant and bar.

nice hotel ,but the only plus at the best westen plus,was the price,really over priced ,as the other hotels in the area ,considering that its not even may yet when at one time you could set your watch by the rise in rates for the summer months , but I really don't think the rates ever come down any more... .I expected more from a Best Western Plus, the room heat was uncontrolable...the room was very hot plus air conditioning unit did not operate...we left the window open all night to attempt to cool the room down without much luck...also tap water was extremely hot....this has been an issue for some time something managemant has not dealt with

I would highly recommend the Tower Inn. The rooms are spotless, the beds are very comfortable and the linens are the cleanest I have ever seen. The staff are very accomodating.

Perhaps the only tourists to stay in Quesnel are those holding over on the Rocky Mountaineer train (a great ride), but my expectations for the Best Western were low. The room was clean and maybe even recently renovated, the bed was comfortable and I found the staff friendly and accommodating. Quesnel is a stop over piont for the Rocky Mountaineer train and tha is why we ended up staying there. There is nothing attractive about the town so don't go there unless you have to.. I can't comment on the hotel itself, since we didn't end up staying there, but the service was poor. My eldery mother booked a couple of rooms in July, and then ended up cancelling because we needed a hotel that took pets. She phoned a week in advance of her reservation to cancel, but failed to get a cancelation number.... More
