We had a reservation at this hotel for two nights, we ended up staying for one night only. The bed was rock hard, if you enjoy a softer bed this is not the place to stay. The walls are paper thin, infact I could hear the neighbors talking in the morning. The view is beautiful but that is about all... More

Wonderful view, a lovely cozy place to stay. Very very delicious food. Very friendly family business owners who take pride in providing quality customer service. We got a deal to stay and it was excellent value.

We just left the Rocky Mountain lodge yesterday.....and we left Happy HAPPY!! First of all the deal we got online was excellent, a deal that no one should pass up if you want to visit the Rockies. It was $125 for 2 nights there with breakfast included for 2 and dinner as well with each a cup of wine! Amazing... More

My husband and I spent one night at the Rocky Mountain Spring Lodge, and we had a nice stay there. It is a small little local hotel tucked away on the side of the mountain overlooking the small village of Radium Hot Springs. The room was clean, comfortable and the deck has an absolutely fantastic view of the valley and... More

We recently stayed at the Rocky Mountain Springs Lodge in Radium for 2 days and had a lovely stay. I enjoyed that the Inn was located atop a high hill which had great views of the surrounding mountains as well as Radium below. The room was clean, cozy, and comfortable reminding me of my cottage. We dined in their restaurant... More

My husband and I had a lovely experience here. The view is astounding, something to revel in over a glass of wine indeed. Or beer, as our ON neighbors preferred :) The hotel is certainly a bit old but the furnishings are updated and the owners have made every attempt to make it modern and appealing. It is quite lovely... More

We spent Easter weekend at the Rocky Mountain Springs Lodge and Restaurant and we were not disappointed. We go there 2-3 times a year and it is always great. The rooms have new carpets, they are always clean and our host Steve and his wife are always nice, warm and caring. The food is always great but they have a... More

This fine hotel has a wonderful view and the hosts serve up some great Hungarian inspired cuisine. While the hotel looks like it was built or renovated in the 70's, the rooms were clean and everything was well maintained. We had our dinner both evenings on the dining room deck where we watched the sun set behind the mountains as... More

The view of Radium and valley is amazing! Food at Citadella Restaurant was great, although some fruit with the breakfast would be nice. Clean and quiet. Just needs some updated decor, especially artwork on walls. Unfortunately the interior view didn't match the view from the patio doors.

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
The Rocky Mountain Springs Lodge and Citadella Restaurant is situated well above Radium Hot Springs with the BEST view in town. We have panoramic view from every and EACH private balcony, even from the lower floor. Our Hungarian Restaurant is under the motel, with a huge patio, also with a magnificent view and the most delicious meals in an idyllic atmosphere. You can see the Rocky Mountains from everywhere in town, from all the motels, but it is not comparable to our view, just like you see it from an airplane or a bird's eye. Room price includes hot breakfast served in our restaurant with a variety of items to find your favorite one. It is not a buffet, rather a freshly served breakfast made by our Hungarian Chef, just like our dinners. We have an extensive menu for the evening meals, a variety of Hungarian, western and vegetarian dishes. You can watch the sunset while dining or from your private balcony, and the sunrise from your bed if you wish. We have pet friendly and wheelchair accessible suites on the main floor. All rooms have sitting area, new queen beds, new carpets, fridge, microwave and free WIFI. We can provide coffee makers or cattle's in your room.We are located a 1000feet over town by the National Park with all sorts of wildlife frequently walking by. A trail trough the forest starts from our parking lot to the Mineral Hot Springs. We, the owners clean the rooms, so they are spotlessly clean and we serve you in the restaurant as well, very friendly hospitality. ... more   less
