We had a great stay this past weekend. All the staffs were super friendly and helpful and always greeted us with big smiles. The room was clean, beds very comfortable with a good working area. Really good service!

Have stayed at this hotel three or four times because of price. Recently we have chosen another hotel for our visits and while paying a bit more the move was worth it. Reasons being include, dated rooms, double beds, poor internet, dingy rooms, lack of electrical outlets to plug in computers or phones. Would certainly not rate this hotel above... More

This hotel was pretty disappointing, run down, stains on the carpet but does have free parking. The breakfast buffet was good-not included in the room price, ok for one night would not stay there again.

this hotel is an average hotel with average services and average rooms and is far from the standards we can expect from this former "number 1" Quebec hotel chain. The room was correct and corresponds to most of the hotel rooms I've visited. The bar and the restaurant were also correct but offered only a very limited choice of drinks... More

We slept at this hotel for a stop over on our way to the Gaspé peninsula. Check-in was polite but very distant, we didn't feel welcome. it was a busy night, but a smile could go a long way. On our way to our room, the hallway was full of people and kids running around (it was after 10 pm)... More

Very disappointed about this hotel. I had a reservation at Hotel Le Germain and, from outside, I didn't like it.... I should have stayed there, I heard the rooms are great. So I ended up in Hotel Gouverneur, which I stayed at years ago in a business room and it was OK. But this time, they gave me a room... More

Stayed for 1 night - summer vacation. Staff polite, helpful - professional. Room - clean, comfortable, large enough and very quiet. Breakfast - tasty and plentiful with lots of variety. Good all around hotel. Didn't have time to use the pool, but it looked very clean and was used by quite a few other clients. I would not hesitate to... More

Hotel Gouverneur Rimouski is a bit pricey for what it offers. Ok it's on the St-Lawrence River, but the rooms are dated, as well as the washrooms. Room had a musty smell to it, the bed / mattress were a bit dated. Not what I expected for $145 breakfast and taxes included. Doubt I'll stay here again.

The place is just plain 'ol outdated. Wireless internet was more off than on. The TV was old, he carpet smelled, like I read in another review, there was a huge lack of outlets. I stay in a hotle about 20 times a year, and this is probably the worse room I've had in a long time ...Time for a... More

Calls itself four star but we have stayed in two stsr hotels which were equivalent or better. Severe lack of electrial outlets to plug in cell phone or computer chargers or even the supplied coffee maker. Old TV s and poor internet if you are in a room at the far end of the halllway (we were in 261 and... More
