An excellent simple motel located on the east side of the highway, about 4 km south of the entrance to the village of Wawa. Very modern - not sure if it is a new property, or one that has been extensively renovated - either way, it is 'first class' for a motel. Beds are comfortable, Wi-Fi is free and fast,... More

A quiet area south of Wawa is where you'll find this well kept property. The room was neat, clean and quite comfy with a spacious bathroom. The grounds are well kept and have a BBQ for outdoor enjoyment as well as a fountain for ambience. Good food is available across the highway albiet a touch expensive if with a family.... More

Very nice comfortable, clean well kept room. Beautiful scenery. Front desk , very friendly and helpful. Easy to find whether you are going to or through Wawa. The clerk was very informative about the area and points of interest and helpful.

This motel has been recently renovated and is spotlessly clean and comfortable. There are two motels across the road with restaurants, so you don't have to drive to have a meal. The only reason I gave four stars instead of five was the shower - the water alternated from hot to cold, which was disconcerting. Otherwise, a great stay!

we found this motel through referral by another in the area that was full.it is the first motel as you enter town from the south and at first glance might be dismissed as one of those rundown motels that exist all across the north. While definitely of that genre this place is neat and tidy and has a certain charm... More

I rarely stay with privately owned and operated motels as they tend to be overpriced with below average comfort or cheaper and almost unbearable to stay in. The White Fang was a complete positive. Recommended as another Wawa motel was full. The White Fang sounds like the name of a vampire bar in New Orleans or wolf sanctuary but don... More

Good price for a clean room and well kept building. Sheets and towels were in very good condition and the carpeting was not worn down like a lot of places up north. The hotel is family owned and the girl that checked us in was the niece of the owners. If we ever get up that way again, we will... More

This is a great place and biker friendly. I was surprised to find towels on our bikes in the morning to wipe them down. Now that's service. Rooms are very clean and Lydia was a delight. Rooms are priced right - I would come back again next time we ride around the lake. I would recommend the Restaurant across the... More

Traveling north on Highway 17, the White Fang Motel is the first motel one sees coming down the hill into the outskirts of Wawa. The sparkling white, beautifully landscaped motel makes an immediately favorable impression. (The owners might be encouraged to upgrade their signs at the front of the property.) I had a reservation and when I entered the perfectly... More

I'm sure this motel has been here quite some time, but the rooms look absolutely brand new. Everything is super clean and our room had far more space than we expected. I'm not sure how the TV is since we're not inclined to watch, but you wouldn't want to waste your time doing that anyway. There is far too much... More
