We stayed at this location this past weekend. Depends on what you are comparing to, but as compared with 2 star hotels, this location was a pleasant stay. The beds were clean, and the bathroom was reasonable. (A little mold or mildew in the bathroom tile) The furnishings were adequate...beds were a little hard.
