Upon check in, desk clerk advised us Pool closed @9 pm. Actually open till 10pm. Advised us of free continental hot & cold breakfast 9:30 am till 11:30 am. Actuall time 9 - 11 am! Again wrong information. Unclean bathrooms. Rooms semelled of smoke & not very clean at all. Won't stay there again.

Upon arrival we were told that jacuzzi suites were avaliable so we upgraded only to find out that the jacuzzi is a bathtub with 4 little jets and none on the back. stayed here twice this week once in west wing once in tower. Both rooms are dated however comfortable and had a flat screen tv. However keycard on first door took many tries to open it. The hotel has a Tony Romas as well as a lounge and pool. The staff are friendly enough.
