We saw this property on an episode on Discovery and just had to check it out. So happy that we did! We were looking to getaway from it all and recharge. This place is magical and we would love to go stay there again. The owners were amazing and we sat and chatted with them for quite a bit. The... More

We really enjoyed our stay in the Melody sphere; it was a unique experience to sleep in the forest and hear the birds and deers around us. Tom and Rosey are very friendly and take care you feel comfortable and happy without being too visible. Every sphere has their own washroom, it was a big plus for us. If you... More

Its fabulous place to stay. I come over here for business trip. The sphere is accessed by climbing a small spiral staircase, with washroom facilities contained in a "mushroom" near the bottom of the staircase. There is a separate washroom block a short walk away which has showers and a sauna. I recommend everybody for this place.

I booked 1 night in Melody and it was fabulous. First, it's not far at all from Qualicum Beach which is a very nice spot to have dinner. Second, the spheres are just amazing. The craftsmanship, the ambiance…. it's just an unbelievable experience and one I would highly recommend. Each sphere has its own toilets and shower area. We had... More

Where to start...? A true hidden gem! We stayed one night in the Eryn and wished we could have stayed longer. The sphere is compact, clean and cozy. The "vibe" is warm, safe and peaceful! The craftsmanship of the sphere is beyond description. Tom is truly an artist! Rosey, Tom and Joy were lovely hosts and great for conversation. My... More

My friend dragged me to a long bike ride (65K from Nanaimo) to finish and spend a night at these magical, tree-hanging, spheres. We stayed at Eryn and it comfortably fits 2 people. To my surprise, the sphere had everything you need for a very comfy stay: power, sink, heat, and speakers for some tranquil music. Tom, the ingenious designer... More

Stayed here for one night only as was on a tight schedule but I would highly recommend two nights so you can take in the environs. Horne Lake Caves are an amazing experience if you enjoy caving and there are wonderful hikes around the area. We stayed in Melody and she was indeed lovely. Even though she was the largest... More

The area is tucked away (get good directions) but it is worth the hunt to find. Tom and Rosey are exceptionally kind hosts and interesting people to boot!! I slept in Melody (they left a huge basket of goodies for me - didn't need to hunt down breakfast the next day) and the best part was looking up at the... More

I stayed in the larger of the spheres, named Melody. It was a fantastic alternative to the everyday hotel. I chose Melody because its situated off on its own and offers more privacy than the other two spheres. I would stay here again if in the area in a heartbeat. Really an awesome experience.

For those of us who always wanted a tree house and didn't, and those who want to be off the grid a bit in nature but still close to the action, and for those of us who want to brag about unique experiences, this is it. You should add this to your bucket list of experiences and make it happen!... More
