Two storey motel in the heart of historic St. Andrews. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Very quiet. Most rooms have view of bay with marina, sailboats and terrific sunsets. The motel has no restaurant but many fine sea food restaurants are only a 5 minute walk away. The motel is pet friendly. The parking facility is limited and cramped.

The main reason to stay here is the excellent views from the balconies. The rooms themselves have seen better days but are perfectly clean and acceptable. Floors and walls are thin. Wifi does not penetrate to the rooms furthest from reception.
