The location is excellent, and the inn is clean and attractive. We were the only guests during the two nights we stayed there, and although the house was quiet, our room faced a small supermarket; its cooling unit banged all night, keeping the light sleeper among us awake. My Mom and I stayed in St. Andrews for a long weekend for a get-away-from-busy-Toronto trip. We had the pleasure of staying at the Inn on Frederick. It was perfectly located, we were able to walk to everything. It was a block away from the ocean and we both loved it. The staff there were awesome and totally welcoming.
