This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. When we arrived it appeared that the hallways had not been cleaned for a long time as there was dust along the walls and dirt particles on all carpets throughout the hotel. The room we were given had an odour that we could not place. When we were... More

We just needed a place for one night and this was the least expensive. Way too pricey for these accommodations. The first room we were assigned was dirty. Bathroom/toilet did not look clean and there was hair on the floor. The bed was made, but the sheets looked used. We complained and the front desk clerk didn't even appear shocked.... More

This hotel was plain dirty. Everything about it was disgustingly dirty. The window sills were dirty and the paint was peeling. The curtains were water stained and the duvets were stained. The sheets were however clean and the towels clean. The hotel lift has not been cleaned ever I don't think . The hotel offered free breakfast included in the... More

We stopped here mid-way on our journey to Glacier National Park in Montana. Although we stayed just one night, we were happy with our accommodation. The hotel is a bit dated, but we were upgraded to a King room at check-in. It was clean and comfortable, and the price was absolutely right! I don't remember paying under $100 (tax included)... More

The location was central and great, but we were disappointed with everything else. This place needs a renovation and upgrades. The 2 queen beds in our room both had broken frames and the fridge was damaged and taped back together. We weren't expecting much for the continental breakfast, and our suspicions were confirmed. Stale bread, a selection of dry cereal,... More

Very noisy at the cross section in town. Tiny window didn't allow any circulation. Window A/C very noisy. Window toward parking lot and the ventilation of the kitchen. Without ear plugs I would have completely despaired. Room was clean but shabby. Shower head was defective, was replaced on request the next day. East Indian restaurant served the worst Indian food... Room was clean but needed to be dusted. Carpet looked newly cleaned. TV, fridge, microwave and coffee maker supplied. Bathroom clean. OK for an overnight. Breakfast from 7:30 to 10 so no need to get up too early

It was a group trip and organizers booked this hotel. Parking lot is small and it some visitors parked their cars somewhere else. There is Indian food restaurant; you will smell it before even you can see it. Checkin was a bit funny – we didn’t get our room keys and being escorted to our rooms. In room we found... More

On a hit and miss road trip to the Kootney's I came into Kimberly as it turned dark and was egar to find a place to stay. This was place in the centre of town as very reasonably priced. The front desk clerk didn't give me the perkiness that I normally I get from other motels and charged me in... More
