The hotel smells with currie. The hallway on every floor was illed with that smell. Furtunetely the room didn't have the smell. The breakfast room is in the basement, dark like a jail cell. The type of food was minimum. Stay away from this hotel.

What a dump! My family booked 2 nites w/ this motel as it was the only one in Kimberley. If we would have had any idea as to what we would face here, we would have stayed in Cranbrook. When we arrived w/ 2 of our daughters & grandkids after a long, hot day {it was in high 90's} hiking... More

Although I was able to get a room late at night. The room was dirty. There curtains were torn. there was red stain on the wall by the lamp. The bathroom was not clean, clumps of hair on the shower wall. When I asked for it to be cleaned was told there was no one on staff to do that... More

This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. When we arrived it appeared that the hallways had not been cleaned for a long time as there was dust along the walls and dirt particles on all carpets throughout the hotel. The room we were given had an odour that we could not place. When we were... More

We just needed a place for one night and this was the least expensive. Way too pricey for these accommodations. The first room we were assigned was dirty. Bathroom/toilet did not look clean and there was hair on the floor. The bed was made, but the sheets looked used. We complained and the front desk clerk didn't even appear shocked.... More

This hotel was plain dirty. Everything about it was disgustingly dirty. The window sills were dirty and the paint was peeling. The curtains were water stained and the duvets were stained. The sheets were however clean and the towels clean. The hotel lift has not been cleaned ever I don't think . The hotel offered free breakfast included in the... More

We stopped here mid-way on our journey to Glacier National Park in Montana. Although we stayed just one night, we were happy with our accommodation. The hotel is a bit dated, but we were upgraded to a King room at check-in. It was clean and comfortable, and the price was absolutely right! I don't remember paying under $100 (tax included)... The location was central and great, but we were disappointed with everything else. This place needs a renovation and upgrades. The 2 queen beds in our room both had broken frames and the fridge was damaged and taped back together. We weren't expecting much for the continental breakfast, and our suspicions were confirmed. Stale bread, a selection of dry cereal,... More

Very noisy at the cross section in town. Tiny window didn't allow any circulation. Window A/C very noisy. Window toward parking lot and the ventilation of the kitchen. Without ear plugs I would have completely despaired. Room was clean but shabby. Shower head was defective, was replaced on request the next day. East Indian restaurant served the worst Indian food...
