We were greeted by very friendly staff upon arrival and they went over everything we'd need to know. Our room was big, clean, air conditioned and had free Wi-Fi. In the morning there is a free breakfast which included fresh fruit, yogurt, toast, cereal, coffee, tea, juice, etc. There is also 24hr coffee and tea available in the lobby. It... More

While searching for accommodations in Kimberley, we came across the Chateau Kimberley. We weren't sure if it was a hotel or art gallery and then discovered it was both. We only planned to spend one night in Kimberley, but after meeting the owners Ted and Val, we stayed another day and enjoyed a leisurely day exploring Kimberley thanks to the... More

We checked in here after a very long ride on our motor bike in 40 degrees. It was early evening we where hot and shattered. Valerie checked us in all we wanted was a shower food and bed. Valerie's was absolutally wonderful, while we showered and changed she recommended, organised and booked the restuarant for us.... She took us there... More

We stayed two nights. The hotel is very charming, clean and location is perfect. Few steps to fantastic restaurants and shopping. They have beautiful sitting area with a fireplace where you can enjoy your afternoon tea or coffee with cookies and relax.

The location couldn't be better as its right in the heart of the platzl. Easy walking distance to restaurants or sight seeing. Rooms were spacious and airy. The lobby was very comfortable and had some great seating and visiting areas. The staff was helpful and it was so affordable. I would have paid a lot more to stay here. Excellent... More

Former Cominco Mine Office lovingly converted to a boutique hotel by the owners. Much of the charm of the original building has been retained while incorporating all the modern conveniences. Our comfortable room had a king bed, a fridge, coffee maker and a nicely appointed bathroom. The art throughout the building was interesting to explore and an nice touch!... More

Hotel close to the towncentre, just a short walk to shops and restaurants. Well maintained but a bit basic rooms. The breakfast is somewhat limited with just a few choices but there was fruit. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is located a block from the platzl, we stayed in the king size bed room which was large room with high ceiling and large bathroom. This was reasonably priced with friendly staff and continental breakfast. I would definitely stay here again and wouldn't even considered booking else where.

This hotel was originally the Sullivan Mine office. It was clean quiet and had comfortable beds. The owners provide excellent customer service to make your stay even more comfortable. Downtown was basically 1/2 a block away making it easy to wander the interesting shops there. I would stay here again if I come back to this area.

Great staff, clean comfortable room. Good continental breakfast. Even opened early to accommodate our golf game! Reasonably priced maybe even inexpensive. Wifi was iffy in our room but no problem in the lounge area. Great artwork on the walls and for sale!
