In Orillia for a conference, hotel is clean, comfortable and well run, some rooms could use an upgrade, otherwise I would stay here again. OPP stay here do there is no security issues.

Staff polite,not friendly. Place dirty. Noisy in the halls on into the night. There is a casino near so much drunk partying with loud talk. Screaming kids in the hall past ten pm. Bathroom sink must have been for little people. The bed was comfortable. High pitched squeal from the heating unit did not cover noise from hallway. Over priced.

This hotel has been in Orillia under various names for at least 30 years. I had not been in for a very long time. You can tell that the original floor plan was a Holiday Inn, but they have done a good job maintaining the place and everything worked properly and was clean.
