A family member was having surgery at Orillia Soldiers Memorial Hospital. This is a convenient location, turn onto Memorial Dr. from Comfort Inn and it goes directly to Hospital.
The beds were extremely comfortable. Staff were all pleasant, smiling, helpful and accomodating.
I have mobility issues so the staff quickly changed our room to the ground...

Not a bad choice to stay during a concert night Casino Rams. Most other hotels were overpriced in Orillia whenever there is concert in the Casino.
Comfort Inn is fairly reasonable priced. I booked it directly through the hotel web site which was cheaper than other hotel web sites. The hotel is very clean and the staff are very courteous....

We stayed here while travelling thru the area. I thought it was a bit expensive. The breakfast was over at 930am. The room was vice and clean. It's a very nice basic hotel. Not very busy so it was quiet. View from the room on the back of hotel was not good. I'd stay here again for travel or business.

What a wonderful experience we had at this Comfort Inn. We had our granddaughter rushed to Orillia Hospital, she was there for a week then transferred to Hospital For Sick Children. The staff from front desk,breakfast time and cleaning staff were all wonderful. They would go out of their way to accommodate any request that we had and always had...

Hotel was fine, what we were expecting. The staff were friendly, continental breakfast was fine. we stayed on ground floor and had a microwave and fridge in room (they came in handy especially because we had leftovers from East Side Marios across the street). Unfortunately the bed was extremely uncomfortable, it was hard. Rooms was very clean.

I really appreciated the nighttime man at the front desk; super helpful and efficient. Well done. The rooms were totally what you would expect. Paper thin walls. We had to move the couch to fit a baby portable crib. Bad idea - old toilet paper wad behind. Yikes! Bathroom was somewhat clean as long as you didn't look too hard...

The room and bathroom was clean, average size and had many amenities (bar fridge, microwave, coffee maker). It was quiet even though it was New Year's Eve and we couldn't hear the traffic from hwy 12 (we stayed on the other side of the motel). Parking was close to our room. a very convenient place to stay when going to a casinorama. Easy to get to, lots of restaurants nearby and very comfy beds. It looks like they are updating the TV's. One room had a large flat screen and another had a old style small tv (21" in or so with build in radio).

We went up on Saturday Oct.22 for concert at Rama , room was clean ,the beds where a little small but okay . There is a shuttle that comes every hour to take you to rama . Lots of restaurants right in walking distance that give you discounts . You get a small breakfast in the morning which is enough...
