We spent two nights here in August 2013. View was lovely from the property. Our cabin was spacious and the bathroom was quite large. As noted in other reviews, the decor hasn't been much updated and do be prepared to pay for everything. We were prepared with our own coffee (odd to have to basically beg for coffee filters from... Did a tour of the Gaspe region with my wife and her mother and enjoyed our time in Perce. We stayed in one of the rustic cabins. After breakfast the next morning, we took a walk out front to enjoy the view of the Rock and took a lot of photos. It was a quick drive down into the town... More

My wife and I took a driving tour of Gaspesie in early September. Very nice experience overall but chillier than we anticipated. I had booked a small chalet without kitchen for 2 nights. This place is perched on a high bluff on the western end of the village looking down on Perce Rock. A great view of the rock, the... More

This property has cabins and motel rooms available. Our cabin had no kitchenette, which is fine because we didn't need one. It did have a lodge-like decor and a fireplace with lots of wood. Comfortable bed, thoughtful touches, a delicious raisin bran muffin and juice and coffee in the morning. The owner even gets you a discount on tickets for... More

We stayed a night at this place. The view is amazing. The place is charming and rustic. If you expect an upscale hotel go somewhere else. The facilities are old but our was very very clean. The chairs in the room are not comfy but the bed was good. The tub was outdated and had a few rust spots but... More

You really feel like you're on top of the world here. The view of Perce Rock is spectacular. Our cabin was rustic, but warm and comfortable. These aren't luxury accommodations, but if you like having a kitchen and some living space, this is a good choice. The beds were great,, and it was terrific to soak in the wide, deep... More

As reported by most people, the view from this motel is simply amazing. And you will not be disappointed if this is why you stay there. Our room was spacious, although not very comfortable. Let's not talk about the decor, which has not been updated since the late 70s, early 80s. There are no amenities, and although there are notes... More

The reason for my rating of 4 stars is less for the facilities, but rather for the magnificent view of the Roché Percé and île Bonaventure. Actually, it's probably the best view in town, overlooking the whole village. The place is a little out of town, up a steep hill. We weren't crazy about the touristy feel of the main... More

Front desk personnel needs some training in Customer Service or how to be welcoming! No parking directly in front of our room and no clear manicured path to it. No microwave, no coffee or complimentary breakfast. The bed was clean and comfortable, the chairs/ sofa were not comfortable. The bathroom was really small. We had a King Room.

We stayed here for one night on our two week journey through Gaspe, New Brunswick and Maine. As noted by others, the view is fabulous, and the accomodations are somewhat rustic and, for the most part, clean. They have a laundry room which was much needed! Upon arrival, I had a disagreement with the owner concerning his cancellation policy. I... More

Thank you for sharing your comments. We are very sorry that you found our cancellation policy so difficult to understand. The policy published on our website stated that "You must advise us 24 hours before your departure if you decide to curtail your stay" which gives us a minimum time frame to try to rent the chalet to another guest....
