Struck by a hernia, host Michel was forced to stay put when we arrived, nevertheless we were welcomed warmly by the housemaid, to impress us by the well kept, and tastefully assembled interior, fitting to the former presbytère. Michel (equipped with a walking stick) welcomed us at the breakfast table with his niece: we needed a while to recover from... More

The location is great : a few blocks away from the tourist crowd, in a very calm and quiet area nearby a church. The hotel and rooms are charming, very clean, beautiful, well decorated in a beginning of the century style, the building has been renovated in order to keep the charm of the original presbytere. The breakfast is the... More

We stayed one night in this B&B, it is located well close to everything at a short walking distance. The place is old but kept in very good conditions with smart design. Michel the host is very kind and know the business very well due to his long experience. He shared with us all the information about the area and... More

We had a wonderful stay at this quaint, tranquil B&B. The room was well decorated and very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was at once elegant and delicious! The surroundings were peaceful and residential. Upon check-in the owner Michel (bilingual) provided us with wonderful tips and suggestions on secret hikes and viewpoints - as well as outstanding restaurant recommendations.

We had a wonderful time in this pretty B&B. The rooms are simple, but very clean and the breakfast is truly gourmet. The host is kind, knowledgeable, and a true gentleman. We were within walking distance to all attractions in Perce. A lovely stay, and great value.

The location of the B & B is perfect, just a few minutes from the restaurants, cruises and shops. The building itself is beautiful, an old priest residence, nicely decorated. We had the so called Family room, with a shared bathroom. There is a large bathroom, a toilet, and a separate shower, so there is little chance that you will... More

My husband and I stayed at Le Presbytere, Perce, the first week of October 2012 while we were traveling around the Gaspe. We were so fortunate to have been able to find a room in Le Presbytere as we were so pleasantly surprised to find a lodging that was comfortable, clean and cozy. The church artifacts are quite interesting and... More

We stayed at this lovely B & B in September, 2012. The house is extraordinaire. The rooms were comfortable (we stayed in the downstairs room). The porch area with the computers was a nice addition to the lovely sitting room downstairs as well. The morning breakfast was unbelievable- better than any we've had all around the world. Michel takes pride... More

My parents are in their mid-80s and don't use the Internet, so I'm passing on their comments. Michel (bilingual) was a great host and a fantastic chef, making delicious and filling hot breakfasts, featuring wild game and a different egg dish each day, cereals, breads, fresh fruits, juices, etc. He had roughly 10 guests each night and all were amazed...
